Ramazan’da fahi\u015f fiyat ve stok\u00e7ulu\u011fa yak\u0131n takip y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n

Ramazan \u00f6ncesi denetimlerini art\u0131ran Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, fahi\u015f fiyat ve stok\u00e7ulukla m\u00fccadeleyi s\u0131k\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131rken, \u00f6zellikle iftar men\u00fclerindeki \u201cgizli \u00fccret\u201d uygulamalar\u0131na odaklanacak.<\/p>\n

Ramazan \u00f6ncesinde vatanda\u015flar\u0131n ma\u011fduriyet ya\u015famamas\u0131 ve piyasada adil rekabet ortam\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi amac\u0131yla piyasa g\u00f6zetim ve\u00a0denetim\u00a0faaliyetleri titizlikle y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n

Ramazan gelmeden yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan bu denetimler, s\u00f6z konusu ayda da art\u0131r\u0131larak devam edecek. Ma\u011fduriyet olu\u015fturacak her t\u00fcrl\u00fc durumun \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilerek \u00f6zellikle temel\u00a0g\u0131da\u00a0ve ihtiya\u00e7 maddelerine\u00a0ula\u015f\u0131m\u00a0noktas\u0131nda piyasa d\u00fczenini manip\u00fcle edici t\u00fcm giri\u015fimlere kar\u015f\u0131, Haks\u0131z Fiyat De\u011ferlendirme Kurulu <\/em><\/b>eliyle gerekli idari yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar uygulanacak.<\/p>\n

Bu kapsamda \u00fclke genelinde fahi\u015f fiyat ve\u00a0stok\u00e7uluk\u00a0gibi usuls\u00fcz uygulamalar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilmesi i\u00e7in d\u00fczenli ve yo\u011fun denetimler s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcrken piyasa ko\u015fullar\u0131 da yak\u0131ndan izleniyor.<\/p>\n

Bu denetimlerde i\u015fletmeler, fiyat etiketinde yer almas\u0131 gereken bilgilerin bulunup bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00fcr\u00fcn \u00fczerindeki fiyat ile kasa fiyat\u0131 aras\u0131nda fark olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, indirimli sat\u0131\u015flarda indirim \u00f6ncesi ve sonras\u0131 fiyatlar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6sterilip g\u00f6sterilmedi\u011fi y\u00f6n\u00fcnden inceleniyor.<\/p>\n

Ayr\u0131ca yiyecek ve i\u00e7ecek sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde faaliyet g\u00f6steren lokanta, restoran gibi i\u015fletmelerde tarife ve fiyat listelerinin i\u015f yeri giri\u015finde ve hizmet sunulan masalarda bulundurulup bulundurulmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve “servis \u00fccreti”<\/em><\/b> gibi zorunlu ilave \u00fccretlerin talep edilip edilmedi\u011fine ili\u015fkin incelemeler yap\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Ramazan ay\u0131nda da bu i\u015fletmelerin bilgilendirme y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerini mevzuata uygun, a\u00e7\u0131k ve anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r \u015fekilde yerine getirmeleri \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. Bu kapsamda i\u015fletmelerin fiyat tarifesi ve listelerini giri\u015fte ve masalarda g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr \u015fekilde bulundurmas\u0131 gerekiyor. \u00d6zel iftar men\u00fclerinde kapsama dahil \u00fcr\u00fcnler ile ek \u00fccretlerin a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a belirtilmesi isteniyor. \u0130lan edilen fiyat ile tahsil edilen tutar aras\u0131nda fark bulunmas\u0131 halinde t\u00fcketici lehine olan fiyat\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131 zorunlulu\u011fu bulunuyor.<\/p>\n

Servis veya kuver gibi hizmetler \u00fczerinden ilave \u00fccret talep edilmemesi de denetim ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
