Bakanl\u0131k taraf\u0131ndan 1567 say\u0131l\u0131 T\u00fcrk Paras\u0131n\u0131n K\u0131ymetini Koruma Hakk\u0131nda Kanun kapsam\u0131nda, yetkisiz d\u00f6viz al\u0131m sat\u0131m faaliyeti y\u00fcr\u00fcten ki\u015filer hakk\u0131nda iki yapt\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n birlikte uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n

Buna g\u00f6re, s\u00f6z konusu i\u015f yerlerinin faaliyetleri ge\u00e7ici veya s\u00fcrekli olarak durdurulurken, ilgili ki\u015filer hakk\u0131nda Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan idari para cezas\u0131 uygulan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

A\u00e7\u0131klamada, s\u00f6z konusu yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi\u011fi 2018 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana toplam 859 i\u015f yerinin faaliyetinin ge\u00e7ici veya s\u00fcrekli olarak durduruldu\u011fu ve ilgili ki\u015filer hakk\u0131nda idari para cezas\u0131 uygulanmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131na bildirimde bulunuldu\u011fu ifade edildi.<\/p>\n
