{"id":52535,"date":"2026-02-28T06:06:38","date_gmt":"2026-02-28T06:06:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bihavadis.com\/?p=52535"},"modified":"2026-02-28T06:06:38","modified_gmt":"2026-02-28T06:06:38","slug":"deprem-bolgesine-794-milyar-lira-harcandi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bihavadis.com\/index.php\/2026\/02\/28\/deprem-bolgesine-794-milyar-lira-harcandi\/","title":{"rendered":"Deprem B\u00f6lgesine 79,4 Milyar Lira Harcand\u0131"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> Ula\u015ft\u0131rma ve Altyap\u0131 Bakan\u0131 Abdulkadir Uralo\u011flu, &#8220;Bug\u00fcne kadar deprem b\u00f6lgesindeki illerimize 79,4 milyar lira harcama ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik.&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Bakan Uralo\u011flu, bir dizi ziyaret i\u00e7in geldi\u011fi kentte Karayollar\u0131 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Malatya 81. \u015eube \u015eefli\u011fi&#8217;nin a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f t\u00f6renindeki konu\u015fmas\u0131nda, Kahramanmara\u015f merkezli 6 \u015eubat 2023&#8217;teki depremlerde hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybedenlere rahmet diledi.<\/p>\n<p>Kentte bir\u00e7ok yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fini aktaran Bakan Uralo\u011flu, &#8220;Deprem b\u00f6lgesinde hasar g\u00f6ren kara yolu ve demir yollar\u0131 a\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 h\u0131zla onard\u0131k ve g\u00fc\u00e7lendirdik, havalimanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 aya\u011fa kald\u0131rd\u0131k, haberle\u015fme altyap\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 daha da g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc hale getirdik.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Abdulkadir Uralo\u011flu, bug\u00fcne kadar deprem b\u00f6lgesindeki illere 79,4 milyar lira harcama yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirterek &#8220;Bug\u00fcn de burada, Malatya&#8217;m\u0131z\u0131n deprem yaralar\u0131n\u0131 sararken ayn\u0131 zamanda gelece\u011fe daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc, daha g\u00fcvenli ve daha eri\u015filebilir bir \u015fekilde haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131n\u0131n somut ad\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 atman\u0131n gururunu ya\u015f\u0131yoruz.&#8221; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bakan Uralo\u011flu, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;(Malatya) Kara, hava ve demir yolu ula\u015f\u0131m a\u011flar\u0131n\u0131 bulu\u015fturan konumuyla 16 ilin ge\u00e7i\u015f noktas\u0131nda b\u00f6lgenin ekonomik ve sosyal merkezi konumunda. Karadeniz limanlar\u0131 ile Kuzey Anadolu \u015fehirlerini g\u00fcneydeki end\u00fcstri merkezleri ve Akdeniz limanlar\u0131na ula\u015ft\u0131ran stratejik bir konumda yer almakta. Bu nedenle Malatya&#8217;n\u0131n ula\u015f\u0131m a\u011flar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fmesine ayr\u0131 bir \u00f6nem veriyoruz. 2002 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana da Malatya&#8217;n\u0131n ula\u015f\u0131m ve ileti\u015fim altyap\u0131s\u0131na yakla\u015f\u0131k 143 milyar lira yat\u0131r\u0131m ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. B\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yol uzunlu\u011funu 36 kilometreden 475 kilometreye \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131k.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Uluslararas\u0131 Yol Federasyonunun &#8220;Yol Ba\u015far\u0131 \u00d6d\u00fclleri&#8221; kapsam\u0131nda Gergin E\u011fik Ask\u0131l\u0131 ve Ters-Y tipi \u00f6zelli\u011fiyle yap\u0131m metodolojisi kategorisinde en iyi proje \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fcn\u00fc verdi\u011fi F\u0131rat Nehri&#8217;nin \u00fczerindeki K\u00f6m\u00fcrhan K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc in\u015fa ettiklerini aktaran Bakan Uralo\u011flu, Do\u011fu-Bat\u0131 aks\u0131nda 16 il i\u00e7in ge\u00e7i\u015f noktas\u0131n\u0131 tesis ederek Do\u011fu Anadolu&#8217;yu, G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu, \u0130\u00e7 Anadolu ve Akdeniz b\u00f6lgeleriyle birle\u015ftirdiklerini ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>Bakan Uralo\u011flu, Malatya-G\u00f6lba\u015f\u0131 kara yolundaki Erkenek T\u00fcneli&#8217;ni de in\u015fa ettiklerini anlatarak \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti: <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;G\u00fcr\u00fcn-G\u00f6kp\u0131nar Turistik Yolu, Do\u011fan\u015fehir giri\u015f \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131, Battalgazi il yolu, Yaz\u0131han-Arapgir yolu, Kurucaova Ge\u00e7i\u015fi, Arapgir-Divri\u011fi yolu, Arguvan \u00c7evre Yolu, Yaz\u0131han-Kur\u015funlu yolu, G\u00fczelyurt il yolu gibi \u00f6nemli kara yolu projelerini de tamamlad\u0131k. Toplam 53,5 kilometre uzunlu\u011funda 3 etap halinde bit\u00fcml\u00fc s\u0131cak kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m kaplamal\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yol standard\u0131nda projelendirdi\u011fimiz Malatya Kuzey \u00c7evre Yolu&#8217;nun da 17,5 kilometrelik Darende-G\u00f6lba\u015f\u0131 ayr\u0131m\u0131, Hekimhan ayr\u0131m\u0131 aras\u0131 ile 8,6 kilometrelik Ak\u00e7ada\u011f ba\u011flant\u0131 yolunu kapsayan 26,1 kilometrelik 1. etab\u0131n\u0131 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda,12,1 kilometrelik Sivas Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131 ile Battalgazi K\u00f6pr\u00fcl\u00fc Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki kesimi de ge\u00e7en y\u0131l a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. B\u00f6ylelikle yolumuzun 38,3 kilometresini tamamlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. \u015eimdi ise Battalgazi Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131 ile proje sonu olan Elaz\u0131\u011f-Malatya ayr\u0131m\u0131 P\u00fct\u00fcrge Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki 15,3 kilometrelik 3. etaptaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131za devam ediyoruz.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Malatya&#8217;ya yap\u0131lan yat\u0131r\u0131mlar<\/p>\n<p>Bakan Abdulkadir Uralo\u011flu; Malatya \u015eube \u015eefli\u011fi, Havaalan\u0131 Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131 ve \u0130kizce TOK\u0130 \u0130mar ve Ba\u011flant\u0131 Yollar\u0131 ile K3 Farkl\u0131 Seviyeli Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Uralo\u011flu, &#8220;43 bin 395 metrekare alan \u00fczerine in\u015fa etti\u011fimiz yeni yerle\u015fke ile Malatya \u015eube \u015eefli\u011fi, sorumlulu\u011funda bulunan 900 kilometre yol a\u011f\u0131nda bak\u0131m onar\u0131m, trafik hizmetleri, kar ve buz m\u00fccadelesi, peyzaj ve temizlik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 daha etkin ve verimli \u015fekilde s\u00fcrd\u00fcrece\u011fiz. Mevcut \u015fube yerimizi de \u015fehrimize kazand\u0131r\u0131yoruz.&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130kinci olarak, \u0130kizce deprem konutlar\u0131 b\u00f6lgesinde 45,4 kilometre uzunlu\u011funda imar ve ba\u011flant\u0131 yollar\u0131n\u0131, i\u00e7me suyu, kanalizasyon, ya\u011fmur suyu ve elektrik altyap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 e\u015f zamanl\u0131 yapmaya ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 anlatan Uralo\u011flu, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Yap\u0131lan yollar\u0131 D-300 Devlet Yolu&#8217;na g\u00fcvenli ba\u011flamak i\u00e7in iki adet hemzemin kav\u015fak ile bir adet farkl\u0131 seviyeli kav\u015fak projelendirdik. Bug\u00fcn itibar\u0131yla projenin 13,6 kilometresi b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yol, 28,8 kilometresi tek yol standard\u0131nda olmak \u00fczere 42,4 kilometrelik b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc bit\u00fcml\u00fc s\u0131cak kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m kaplamal\u0131 olarak tamamlad\u0131k. Proje b\u00fcnyesinde yer alan K3 Farkl\u0131 Seviyeli Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131 da \u00fc\u00e7 etab\u0131n tamam\u0131na hizmet verecek \u015fekilde tasarlad\u0131k. Bu proje ile deprem konutlar\u0131 b\u00f6lgesindeki trafi\u011fi g\u00fcvenli, kesintisiz ve d\u00fczenli hale getirdik.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Malatya Havaliman\u0131, yeni terminal binas\u0131 ve demir yolu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131<\/p>\n<p>Abdulkadir Uralo\u011flu, Malatya Havaliman\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n hizmet kalitesinin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in mevcut terminal binas\u0131n\u0131n da hizmet kalitesini art\u0131rmay\u0131 hedeflediklerini dile getirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Artan yolcu trafi\u011fi dolay\u0131s\u0131yla yeni terminal binas\u0131 in\u015fa ettiklerini belirten Bakan Uralo\u011flu, \u015fu ifadeleri kulland\u0131: <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Projemiz tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Malatya Havaliman\u0131&#8217;m\u0131z\u0131n 8 bin 814 metrekare olan i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f hatlar terminal binas\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc 26 bin 765 metrekareye y\u00fckseltece\u011fiz. Bu proje, 2,5 milyon yolcu kapasiteli modern terminaliyle afet sonras\u0131 lojistik merkez i\u015flevi de g\u00f6recek \u015fekilde tasarland\u0131 ve in\u015faat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 h\u0131zla ilerliyor. \u0130n\u015fallah \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da bu y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde tamamlamay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. Malatya&#8217;n\u0131n demir yolu a\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da geli\u015ftiriyoruz. Mevcut konvansiyonel hatt\u0131n komple bak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131k ve yeniledik. Malatya OSB Yazlak iltisak hatt\u0131 i\u015fini bitirdik. Depremden etkilenen Malatya-G\u00f6lba\u015f\u0131-Pazarc\u0131k-Narl\u0131-Nurda\u011f\u0131 hatlar\u0131nda kapsaml\u0131 onar\u0131m ve g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yapt\u0131k. 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda altyap\u0131 ve \u00fcstyap\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 tamamlanan Malatya-G\u00f6lba\u015f\u0131-Narl\u0131-Nurda\u011f\u0131 Demiryolu Hatt\u0131&#8217;nda y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na tekrar ba\u015flad\u0131k. Elektrifikasyon ve sinyalizasyon yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 da kararl\u0131l\u0131kla s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz.
