Bug\u00fcne kadar deprem b\u00f6lgesindeki illerimize 79,4 milyar lira harcama ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p> Ula\u015ft\u0131rma ve Altyap\u0131 Bakan\u0131 Abdulkadir Uralo\u011flu, 6 \u015eubat depremlerinin 3&#8217;\u00fcnc\u00fc y\u0131l d\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fc dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Malatya&#8217;ya geldi. Uralo\u011flu, Karayollar\u0131 81&#8217;inci \u015eube \u015eefli\u011fi&#8217;nde toplu a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f t\u00f6renine kat\u0131ld\u0131. Bakan Uralo\u011flu&#8217;na a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f s\u0131ras\u0131nda Malatya Valisi Seddar Yavuz, B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Sami Er, Karayollar\u0131 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Ahmet G\u00fcl\u015fen, milletvekilleri ve kurum m\u00fcd\u00fcrleri e\u015flik etti.<\/p>\n<p>Burada a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulunan Bakan Uralo\u011flu, Malatya&#8217;ya yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ili\u015fkin bilgi verdi. Kara, hava ve demir yolu ula\u015f\u0131m a\u011flar\u0131 ile ilgili \u00f6nemli yat\u0131r\u0131mlara ili\u015fkin de bilgi veren Bakan Uralo\u011flu, &#8220;Malatya&#8217;m\u0131z, kara, hava ve demir yolu ula\u015f\u0131m a\u011flar\u0131n\u0131 bulu\u015fturan konumuyla 16 ilin ge\u00e7i\u015f noktas\u0131nda b\u00f6lgenin ekonomik ve sosyal merkezi konumunda. Karadeniz limanlar\u0131 ile kuzey Anadolu \u015fehirlerini g\u00fcneydeki end\u00fcstri merkezlerine ve Akdeniz limanlar\u0131na ula\u015ft\u0131ran stratejik bir konumda yer almakta. Bu nedenle Malatya&#8217;n\u0131n ula\u015f\u0131m a\u011flar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fmesine ayr\u0131 bir \u00f6nem veriyoruz. 2002 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana da Malatya&#8217;n\u0131n ula\u015f\u0131m ve ileti\u015fim altyap\u0131s\u0131na yakla\u015f\u0131k 143 milyar lira yat\u0131r\u0131m ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. B\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yol uzunlu\u011funu; 36 kilometreden 475 kilometreye \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131k. Hi\u00e7 bit\u00fcml\u00fc s\u0131cak kar\u0131\u015f\u0131ml\u0131 yolu yokken, 363 kilometre bit\u00fcml\u00fc s\u0131cak kar\u0131\u015f\u0131ml\u0131 yol yapt\u0131k. Tohma K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc ile Malatya-Hekimhan-Sivas hatt\u0131nda kuzey-g\u00fcney aks\u0131nda b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yol b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc tesis ettik. Do\u011fu ve G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu b\u00f6lgelerini Malatya \u00fczerinden Karadeniz&#8217;e ba\u011flad\u0131k. Uluslararas\u0131 Yol Federasyonu&#8217;nun Yol Ba\u015far\u0131 \u00d6d\u00fclleri kapsam\u0131nda Gergin E\u011fik Ask\u0131l\u0131 ve Ters-Y tipi \u00f6zelli\u011fiyle yap\u0131m metodolojisi kategorisinde en iyi proje \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fcn\u00fc verdi\u011fi F\u0131rat Nehrimizin \u00fczerindeki gerdanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z K\u00f6m\u00fcrhan K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fc in\u015fa ettik. B\u00f6ylece do\u011fu-bat\u0131 aks\u0131nda 16 il i\u00e7in ge\u00e7i\u015f noktas\u0131n\u0131 tesis ederek Do\u011fu Anadolu&#8217;yu; G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu, \u0130\u00e7 Anadolu ve Akdeniz b\u00f6lgeleriyle birle\u015ftirdik. ve bug\u00fcn Malatya&#8217;ya; Malatya \u015eube \u015eefli\u011fi yeni yerle\u015fkesi, Havaalan\u0131 Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131 ve \u0130kizce TOK\u0130 \u0130mar ve Ba\u011flant\u0131 Yollar\u0131 ile K3 Farkl\u0131 Seviyeli Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131 olmak \u00fczere 3 b\u00fcy\u00fck m\u00fcjdeyle geldik&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu. <\/p>\n<p>Bakan Uralo\u011flu, &#8220;\u0130lk olarak, 1960&#8217;l\u0131 y\u0131llardan bu yana hizmet sunan 81&#8217;inci Malatya \u015eube \u015eefli\u011fi yerle\u015fkesini, kentin h\u0131zla geni\u015flemesi nedeniyle yerle\u015fim alan\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde kalmas\u0131 ve deprem felaketinden olumsuz etkilenmesi \u00fczerine daha g\u00fcvenli ve uygun bir noktaya ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131k. 43 bin 395 metrekare alan \u00fczerine in\u015fa etti\u011fimiz yeni yerle\u015fke ile Malatya \u015eube \u015eefli\u011fi, sorumlulu\u011funda bulunan 900 kilometre yol a\u011f\u0131nda bak\u0131m-onar\u0131m, trafik hizmetleri, kar ve buz m\u00fccadelesi, peyzaj ve temizlik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 daha etkin ve verimli \u015fekilde s\u00fcrd\u00fcrece\u011fiz. Mevcut \u015fube yerimizi de \u015fehrimize kazand\u0131r\u0131yoruz. \u0130kinci olarak, bildi\u011finiz \u00fczere depremler sonras\u0131nda \u0130kizce deprem konutlar\u0131 b\u00f6lgesinde toplam 45,4 kilometre uzunlu\u011funda imar ve ba\u011flant\u0131 yollar\u0131n\u0131, i\u00e7me suyu, kanalizasyon, ya\u011fmur suyu ve elektrik altyap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 e\u015f zamanl\u0131 olarak yapmaya ba\u015flad\u0131k. Yap\u0131lan yollar\u0131 D-300 Devlet Yolu&#8217;na g\u00fcvenli ba\u011flamak i\u00e7in iki adet hemzemin kav\u015fak ile bir adet farkl\u0131 seviyeli kav\u015fak projelendirdik&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;TA\u015eIMACILIKTA \u00d6NEML\u0130 \u00d6L\u00c7\u00dcDE S\u00dcRE VE MAL\u0130YET AVANTAJI ELDE EDECE\u011e\u0130Z&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Uralo\u011flu, Malatya Havaliman\u0131 8 bin 814 metrekare olan i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f hatlar terminal binas\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc 26 bin 765 metrekareye y\u00fckselteceklerini s\u00f6yledi. Bu proje ile havaliman\u0131n\u0131n 2,5 milyon yolcu kapasiteli modern terminaliyle afet sonras\u0131 lojistik merkez i\u015flevi de g\u00f6recek \u015fekilde tasarland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve in\u015faat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 h\u0131zla ilerledi\u011fini kaydetti. Bakan Uralo\u011flu, &#8220;2005 ve 2009 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda Malatya Havaliman\u0131 mevcut terminal binas\u0131n\u0131n hizmet seviyesini daha da artt\u0131rmas\u0131 ad\u0131na aks ilaveleri yaparak mevcut kapasiteyi 1 milyon 200 bin yolcu kapasitesine y\u00fckseltmi\u015ftik. Ama Malatya&#8217;da hava yolu ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131na y\u00f6nelik yolcu talebinin artmas\u0131 ve yolcu hizmetinde istenilen hizmet kalitesine ula\u015f\u0131labilmesine y\u00f6nelik yeni bir terminal binas\u0131 ve tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 yap\u0131lar\u0131n in\u015fas\u0131n\u0131 da ba\u015flatt\u0131k. Projemiz tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Malatya Havaliman\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n 8 bin 814 metrekare olan i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f hatlar terminal binas\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc 26 bin 765 metrekareye y\u00fckseltece\u011fiz. Bu proje, 2,5 milyon yolcu kapasiteli modern terminaliyle afet sonras\u0131 lojistik merkez i\u015flevi de g\u00f6recek \u015fekilde tasarland\u0131 ve in\u015faat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 h\u0131zla ilerliyor. \u0130n\u015fallah, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da bu y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde tamamlamay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. Malatya&#8217;n\u0131n demir yolu a\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da geli\u015ftiriyoruz. Mevcut konvansiyonel hatt\u0131n komple bak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131k ve yeniledik. Malatya OSB Yazlak iltisak hatt\u0131 i\u015fini bitirdik. Depremden etkilenen Malatya-G\u00f6lba\u015f\u0131-Pazarc\u0131k-Narl\u0131-Nurda\u011f\u0131 hatlar\u0131nda kapsaml\u0131 onar\u0131m ve g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yapt\u0131k. 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda altyap\u0131 ve \u00fcstyap\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 tamamlanan Malatya-G\u00f6lba\u015f\u0131-Narl\u0131-Nurda\u011f\u0131 Demiryolu Hatt\u0131&#8217;nda y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na tekrar ba\u015flad\u0131k. Elektrifikasyon ve sinyalizasyon yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 da kararl\u0131l\u0131kla s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz. Yenilenen hat sayesinde ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131kta \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde s\u00fcre ve maliyet avantaj\u0131 elde edece\u011fiz. Akdeniz limanlar\u0131na do\u011frudan ve verimli eri\u015fimin yeniden sa\u011flanmas\u0131yla, b\u00f6lgenin d\u0131\u015f ticaret potansiyeli g\u00fc\u00e7lenecek ve ekonomik rekabet\u00e7ili\u011fi daha da artacak&#8221; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;DEPREM\u0130N \u0130ZLER\u0130N\u0130 S\u0130LMEK \u0130\u00c7\u0130N SAHADA OLDUK VE \u00c7ALI\u015eTIK&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Uralo\u011flu, depremde ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirenleri sayg\u0131 ile and\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ederek, ac\u0131n\u0131n ilk g\u00fcnk\u00fc gibi taze oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Yaralar\u0131n sar\u0131lmas\u0131 anlam\u0131nda depremin ilk an\u0131ndan itibaren canla ba\u015fla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc kaydeden Uralo\u011flu, &#8220;S\u00f6zlerime \u00f6ncelikle \u00fclkemizin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 en ac\u0131 g\u00fcnlerden biri olarak haf\u0131zalar\u0131m\u0131za kaz\u0131nan 6 \u015eubat depremlerinin 3&#8217;\u00fcnc\u00fc seneyi devriyesine saatler kalm\u0131\u015fken ebediyete irtihal eden vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 dua ve rahmetle anarak ba\u015flamak istiyorum. \u00dczerinden 3 y\u0131l ge\u00e7ti ama kaybettiklerimizin ac\u0131 izleri hala y\u00fcreklerimizde. Malatya&#8217;m\u0131z da depremin en a\u011f\u0131r darbeyi vurdu\u011fu illerimizden biri olmu\u015ftur. Ama Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n liderli\u011finde, depremin ilk dakikas\u0131ndan bu yana yan\u0131n\u0131zdayd\u0131k, bug\u00fcn de var g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fczle yaralar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 sarmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Allah&#8217;\u0131n izniyle yar\u0131nlar\u0131m\u0131zda da sizlerle ve Malatya&#8217;m\u0131zla birlikte olaca\u011f\u0131z. Ula\u015ft\u0131rma ve Altyap\u0131 Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak biz de depremin ilk an\u0131ndan itibaren depremin izlerini silmek i\u00e7in sahada olduk ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya bug\u00fcn de devam ediyoruz.
