Atakum Belediyesi ile T\u00fcrkiye Genel Hizmet \u0130\u015f\u00e7ileri Sendikas\u0131 (GENEL-\u0130\u015e) aras\u0131nda \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131ll\u0131k toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi imzaland\u0131. S\u00f6zle\u015fmeyle, 696 say\u0131l\u0131 KHK kapsam\u0131nda g\u00f6rev yapan i\u015f\u00e7ilerin mali ve sosyal haklar\u0131nda iyile\u015ftirmeler ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n
Taraflar\u0131n mutab\u0131k olmas\u0131yla 696 say\u0131l\u0131 KHK kapsam\u0131nda g\u00f6rev yapan \u015firket i\u015f\u00e7ilerinin en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maa\u015f\u0131 46 bin 700 TL olarak belirlendi. \u00c7\u00f6p kamyonlar\u0131, temizlik hizmetleri ile park ve bah\u00e7elerde makineyle ot bi\u00e7me, a\u011fa\u00e7 budama, ta\u015f d\u00f6\u015feme ve benzeri i\u015flerde fiilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan personelin (denge primi dahil) \u00fccretleri ortalama 51 bin TL seviyesine y\u00fckseltildi. Zam oranlar\u0131 1 Temmuz 2026’dan itibaren ge\u00e7erli olmak \u00fczere y\u00fczde 9, 1 Ocak 2027’den itibaren ge\u00e7erli olmak \u00fczere y\u00fczde 10 olarak \u00fccretlere yans\u0131yacak. Personel 1 Temmuz 2027 itibar\u0131yla 6 ayl\u0131k T\u00dcFE oran\u0131nda, 1 Ocak 2028 itibar\u0131yla 6 ayl\u0131k T\u00dcFE oran\u0131nda ve 1 Ocak 2028 itibar\u0131yla 6 ayl\u0131k T\u00dcFE oran\u0131nda zaml\u0131 maa\u015f alacak.<\/p>\n
Atakum Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Serhat T\u00fcrkel, s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin emek\u00e7ilerin lehine olacak \u015fekilde yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, “Emek ve al\u0131n teriyle kentimize de\u011fer katan t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za hay\u0131rl\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 diliyoruz. S\u00f6zle\u015fmeyle KHK’l\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7ilerimizin mali ve sosyal haklar\u0131nda iyile\u015ftirmeler yap\u0131ld\u0131. Belediyemizin imkanlar\u0131yla, \u00fclke olarak ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zorlu ekonomik \u015fartlardan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n en az etkilenmesi i\u00e7in hareket ettik ve onlar\u0131n beklentilerini kar\u015f\u0131lamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Atakum Belediyesi olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 desteklemeye ve ‘daha ya\u015fan\u0131labilir Atakum’ i\u00e7in canla ba\u015fla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya devam edece\u011fiz” dedi.<\/p>\n
