Bunun \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7me \u015fans\u0131m\u0131z yok. Depremleri engellemek gibi insano\u011flunun elinde bir teknik, bir yetenek yok ama depremden do\u011fan zararlar\u0131 engellemek i\u00e7in bir\u00e7ok metot var. Bu sorunu a\u015fabilmi\u015f bir\u00e7ok \u00fclke var.
