Bakan Uralo\u011flu, \u201cProje kapsam\u0131nda Amanos Da\u011flar\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n alt\u0131ndan yakla\u015f\u0131k 20 kilometre uzunlu\u011funda \u00fc\u00e7 adet t\u00fcp t\u00fcnel in\u015fa ediyoruz. Bakan Uralo\u011flu, Amanos Da\u011flar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n alt\u0131ndan ge\u00e7erek \u0130skenderun K\u00f6rfezi\u2019ni Gaziantep ve G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu B\u00f6lgesi\u2019ne do\u011frudan ba\u011flayacak, b\u00f6lgenin gelece\u011fini k\u00f6kten g\u00fc\u00e7lendirecek stratejik ula\u015f\u0131m projelerinden biri olan D\u00f6rtyol-Hassa Demiryolu ve Otoyolu Projesi kapsam\u0131nda bas\u0131n mensuplar\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131klamada bulundu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cYAKLA\u015eIK 20 K\u0130LOMETRE UZUNLU\u011eUNDA \u00dc\u00c7 ADET T\u00dcP T\u00dcNEL \u0130N\u015eA ED\u0130YORUZ\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6zlerine t\u00fcm \u0130slam aleminin Ramazan ay\u0131n\u0131 tebrik ederek ba\u015flayan Bakan Uralo\u011flu, Do\u011fu Akdeniz&#8217;in incisi olan Hatay\u2019\u0131n limanlar\u0131, sanayisi ve tar\u0131m\u0131yla T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin kalk\u0131nmas\u0131nda kritik rol oynayan bir \u015fehir oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131. Uralo\u011flu, s\u00f6zlerine \u015fu \u015fekilde devam etti:<\/p>\n<p>Ancak Amanos Da\u011flar\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu co\u011frafi engel, \u0130skenderun Liman\u0131&#8217;n\u0131 Orta Koridor&#8217;a ve G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu&#8217;ya etkin \u015fekilde ba\u011flamam\u0131z\u0131 zorla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor. Bu engeli a\u015fmak i\u00e7in de D\u00f6rtyol-Hassa Demiryolu ve Otoyolu Projesi&#8217;ni hayata ge\u00e7iriyoruz. Bu proje kapsam\u0131nda Amanos Da\u011flar\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n alt\u0131ndan yakla\u015f\u0131k 20 kilometre uzunlu\u011funda \u00fc\u00e7 adet t\u00fcp t\u00fcnel in\u015fa ediyoruz: 19,5 km uzunlu\u011funda bir demiryolu t\u00fcneli ve 19,2 km uzunlu\u011funda iki adet gidi\u015f-geli\u015f otoyol t\u00fcneli. Projemiz i\u00e7in 1,55 milyar Euro yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131 kredi finansman\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131k. Say\u0131n Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n onay\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede yer teslimini yaparak \u015fantiye kurulum \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da tamamlad\u0131k. Art\u0131k t\u00fcnel kaz\u0131 ve in\u015fa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131za ba\u015fl\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;T\u00dcNEL \u00dc\u00c7 FARKLI T\u00dcPTEN OLU\u015eUYOR&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bakan Uralo\u011flu, toplamda 3 farkl\u0131 t\u00fcpten olu\u015fan bu t\u00fcnellerle birlikte demiryolu hatt\u0131n\u0131n toplam uzunlu\u011funu 55 km, otoyol uzunlu\u011funu ise 25 km olarak planlad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirterek  <b><em>\u201cProjemiz iki etaptan olu\u015facak ve t\u00fcnel yap\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 kapsayan ilk etab\u0131 Hassa Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131\u2019nda sona erecek. Karayolu ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7in Toprakkale-\u0130skenderun Otoyolu&#8217;ndan ayr\u0131larak D\u00f6rtyol kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131ndan Amanos Da\u011flar\u0131 alt\u0131ndan ge\u00e7erek Hassa \u00fczerinden K\u0131r\u0131khan-Nurda\u011f\u0131 aras\u0131nda mevcut karayolu ile birle\u015fece\u011fiz.\u201d <\/em><\/b>dedi.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bihavadis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/abdulkadir-uraloglu-orta-koridoru-akdenize-baglayan-projede-insaat-basliyor-0-MUhrmZ72.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p><strong>MEVCUT G\u00dcZERG\u00c2HLARDA TOPLAMDA YAKLA\u015eIK 157 K\u0130LOMETRE KISALMA SA\u011eLANACAK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Payas-Hassa-Yolba\u015f\u0131 aras\u0131na yap\u0131lacak demiryolu hatt\u0131yla da Hatay ve \u0130skenderun, Gaziantep ve Hassa Lojistik Alan\u0131&#8217;na daha k\u0131sa yoldan ba\u011flanacaklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Bakan Uralo\u011flu, <b><em>\u201cD\u00f6rtyol-Hassa Projesinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesiyle; 235 km olan Kilis-Osmaniye-\u0130skenderun g\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131 38,3 km, 77,3 km olan K\u0131r\u0131khan-\u0130skenderun-D\u00f6rtyol g\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131 15,27 km, 121 km olan Nurda\u011f\u0131-Osmaniye-D\u00f6rtyol g\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131 20,60 km, 78,8 km olan D\u00f6rtyol-K\u0131r\u0131khan-Hassa g\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131 53,4 km, 84 km olan Payas-Fevzipa\u015fa aras\u0131ndaki demiryolu g\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131 ise 29,6 km k\u0131salacak. B\u00f6ylece, bu stratejik projemiz sayesinde hem demiryolu hem de karayollar\u0131ndaki mevcut g\u00fczerg\u00e2hlarda toplamda yakla\u015f\u0131k 157 kilometre k\u0131salma sa\u011flayarak zaman ve yak\u0131t tasarrufunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra lojistik maliyetleri de \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrece\u011fiz.\u201d <\/em><\/b>a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda bulundu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;B\u00d6LGEDEK\u0130 SANAY\u0130 VE T\u0130CARET HACM\u0130 ARTACAK&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6lgedeki sanayi ve ticaret hacmini katlayarak art\u0131racak, \u0130skenderun Liman\u0131&#8217;n\u0131 G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu&#8217;nun ve kom\u015fu \u00fclkelerin vazge\u00e7ilmez \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f kap\u0131s\u0131 haline getireceklerini de s\u00f6yleyen Uralo\u011flu, a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda \u015fu ifadelere yer verdi:<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6lgede \u00e7ok daha h\u0131zl\u0131, konforlu ve kesintisiz ula\u015f\u0131ma hizmeti sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131z. Do\u011fu Akdeniz ve G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu&#8217;daki sanayi b\u00f6lgelerinin Suriye ve Irak gibi kom\u015fu \u00fclkelerle ticaretinde \u0130skenderun Limanlar\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n \u00f6nemini art\u0131rarak b\u00f6lgedeki ticaret hacmini de y\u00fckseltece\u011fiz. \u0130skenderun K\u00f6rfezi&#8217;ndeki mevcut ve yeni limanlar\u0131n Amanos Da\u011flar\u0131&#8217;na yak\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 nedeniyle depolama ve lojistik alanlar\u0131 yetersiz kal\u0131yordu; bu ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 Hassa B\u00f6lgesi&#8217;ndeki uygun alanlardan kar\u015f\u0131layarak ekonomik hayat\u0131 canland\u0131raca\u011f\u0131z. Yine bu projemiz ile olas\u0131 depremlere kar\u015f\u0131 diren\u00e7li karayolu ve demiryolu altyap\u0131s\u0131 kurarak b\u00f6lgenin afet durumlar\u0131nda kesintisiz eri\u015fim kapasitesini de geli\u015ftirmi\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cHATAY\u2019IMIZIN ULA\u015eIM VE \u0130LET\u0130\u015e\u0130M ALTYAPISI \u0130\u00c7\u0130N 120 M\u0130LYAR L\u0130RANIN \u00dcZER\u0130NDE YATIRIM GER\u00c7EKLE\u015eT\u0130RD\u0130K\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ula\u015ft\u0131rma ve Altyap\u0131 Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan D\u00f6rtyol-Hassa Demiryolu ve Otoyolu Projesi gibi ba\u015fka \u00f6nemli projelerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n da devam etti\u011fini ifade eden Bakan Uralo\u011flu, <b><em>\u201cUla\u015ft\u0131rma ve Altyap\u0131 Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak 2002 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana Hatay\u2019\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ula\u015f\u0131m ve ileti\u015fim altyap\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7in 120 milyar liran\u0131n \u00fczerinde yat\u0131r\u0131m ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. 151 kilometre olan b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yol uzunlu\u011funu 500 kilometreye, 172 kilometre olan bit\u00fcml\u00fc s\u0131cak kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m kaplamal\u0131 yol uzunlu\u011funu ise 440 kilometreye y\u00fckselttik. 6 \u015eubat depremlerinin ard\u0131ndan ilimizde toplam 145,4 kilometrelik deprem konutu ba\u011flant\u0131 yolunun 102,7 kilometresinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 tamamlad\u0131k.\u201d <\/em><\/b>diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Uralo\u011flu ayr\u0131ca, Hatay\u2019da K\u0131r\u0131khan-Reyhanl\u0131 Yolu, Ceyhan- Toprakkale-\u0130skenderun Devlet Yolu ve \u0130skenderun-Antakya Otoyolu gibi 15 karayolu projesinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fcklerini belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>Ekim ay\u0131nda Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131yla temelini att\u0131klar\u0131 \u0130skenderun-Antakya Otoyolu\u2019nun da Hatay\u2019da devam eden en \u00f6nemli ula\u015f\u0131m projelerinden biri oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Uralo\u011flu, <b><em>\u201c19,2 km uzunlu\u011fundaki otoyolumuz \u0130skenderun\u2019da sona eren Toprakkale-\u0130skenderun Otoyolu\u2019ndan ba\u015flayarak;  Belen yerle\u015fimini 786 metrelik bir t\u00fcnel ile ge\u00e7erek, ard\u0131ndan 1.320 metre uzunlu\u011fundaki Derebah\u00e7e Viyad\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile vadiyi takip edip, Amanos Da\u011flar\u0131\u2019n\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k 8.556 metre uzunlu\u011fundaki Belen T\u00fcnelleri ile a\u015farak Amik Ovas\u0131\u2019na ula\u015facak. B\u00f6ylece Amik Ovas\u0131 ini\u015finde bulunan; K\u0131r\u0131khan, Hassa, \u0130sl\u00e2hiye, Nurda\u011f\u0131 ile Kahramanmara\u015f ve Gaziantep illerine ula\u015f\u0131m sa\u011flayan D-825 Devlet Yolu&#8217;na, Antakya OSB\u2019ye ve Hatay Havaliman\u0131&#8217;na do\u011frudan ba\u011flant\u0131lar yaparak daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ve ekonomik ula\u015f\u0131m sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131z.\u201d<\/em><\/b> dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>-\u0130SKENDERUN-ANTAKYA OTOYOLU \u0130LE D\u00d6RTYOL-HASSA DEM\u0130RYOLU VE OTOYOLU PROJELER\u0130 B\u0130RB\u0130R\u0130N\u0130N TAMAMLAYICISI OLACAK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130skenderun-Antakya Otoyolu ile D\u00f6rtyol-Hassa Demiryolu ve Otoyolu Projesinin birbirinin tamamlay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 niteli\u011finde oldu\u011funu ifade eden Uralo\u011flu, a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda \u015fu ifadelere yer verdi:<\/p>\n<p>Her iki proje de Amanos Da\u011flar\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n a\u015f\u0131lmaz g\u00f6r\u00fcnen engelini Belen T\u00fcnelleri ve Amanos T\u00fcnelleri gibi modern m\u00fchendislik harikalar\u0131yla ortadan kald\u0131rarak Hatay&#8217;\u0131, \u0130skenderun Liman\u0131&#8217;n\u0131 ve Amik Ovas\u0131&#8217;n\u0131; G\u00fcneydo\u011fu ve Do\u011fu Anadolu B\u00f6lgelerimizle birlikte, Orta Koridor, Suriye, Irak ve devam\u0131nda Arap Yar\u0131madas\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131na entegre etmektedir. Vizyonumuz sayesinde Amanos Da\u011flar\u0131, art\u0131k bir engel de\u011fil, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin lojistik ve ticari g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc k\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte y\u00fckselten bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc haline geldi. Bu projelerimiz \u0130skenderun Liman\u0131&#8217;n\u0131 Akdeniz&#8217;in vazge\u00e7ilmez bir Hub&#8217;\u0131 konumuna ta\u015f\u0131rken, Suriye ve Irak gibi kom\u015fu \u00fclkelerle ticaret hacmini katlayarak artt\u0131racak, uluslararas\u0131 tedarik zincirlerinde stratejik bir avantaj sa\u011flayacak. B\u00f6lgemizi sadece ulusal de\u011fil, uluslararas\u0131 arenada da rekabet\u00e7i ve diren\u00e7li bir merkez haline getirecek; Do\u011fu Akdeniz&#8217;den Orta Asya&#8217;ya uzanan modern \u0130pek Yolu&#8217;nun kilit par\u00e7as\u0131 yapacakt\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cHAVAL\u0130MANIMIZDAK\u0130 T\u00dcM \u00c7ALI\u015eMALARIMIZI BU YIL \u0130\u00c7\u0130RES\u0130NDE TAMAMLAMAYI HEDEFL\u0130YORUZ\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uralo\u011flu, asr\u0131n felaketinde Hatay Havaliman\u0131\u2019n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu alandaki faylanma ve zemin s\u0131v\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131 sebebiyle kal\u0131c\u0131 y\u00fczey deformasyonlar\u0131 ve 1,5 metreye varan kal\u0131c\u0131 oturmalar g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, pist ve \u00e7evresindeki alan\u0131n da bu oturmadan etkilendi\u011fini hat\u0131rlatt\u0131. Uralo\u011flu, \u201cAma \u00f6ncelikle insani yard\u0131m ve tahliye u\u00e7aklar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 h\u0131zla yaparak pisti en k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede hizmete alm\u0131\u015f, ard\u0131ndan da Hatay Havaliman\u0131\u2019m\u0131z\u0131, benzer afetlerde dahi g\u00f6revini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilecek kal\u0131c\u0131 ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir altyap\u0131yla yeniden aya\u011fa kald\u0131rmak i\u00e7in 21 Kas\u0131m 2023\u2019te yap\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131k.<\/p>\n<p>Uralo\u011flu, \u015fu ana kadar; Hatay Havaliman\u0131\u2019nda 2 bin 720 metre uzunlu\u011funda ve 45 metre geni\u015fli\u011findeki yard\u0131mc\u0131 pisti hizmete ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, <b><em>\u201cToplam 10 u\u00e7ak park pozisyonlu yeni apronun, yeni pist ile apron aras\u0131ndaki ba\u011flant\u0131 taksi yolunun, reg\u00fclat\u00f6r binas\u0131n\u0131n ve \u0131s\u0131 merkezinin in\u015fa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 tamamlad\u0131k. Depremde hasar g\u00f6ren yakla\u015f\u0131k 5 kilometrelik Hatay Havaliman\u0131 ba\u011flant\u0131 yolunu da bitirdik ve vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n hizmetine a\u00e7t\u0131k.  Havaliman\u0131m\u0131z 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda 507 binin \u00fcst\u00fcnde yolcuya hizmet sundu. \u015eu anda havaliman\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n 3000 metrelik ana pistindeki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131zda %91 ilerleme kaydettik ve kaplama beton \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131za devam ediyoruz. \u0130n\u015fallah havaliman\u0131m\u0131zdaki t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 bu y\u0131l i\u00e7iresinde tamamlamay\u0131 hedefliyoruz.\u201d<\/em><\/b> dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201c\u0130SKENDERUN BALIK\u00c7I BARINA\u011eI\u2019NIN ONARIMI \u0130\u015e\u0130N\u0130 TAMAMLADIK\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca depremden sonra ba\u015fta \u0130skenderun olmak \u00fczere k\u0131y\u0131 yap\u0131lar\u0131nda oturma, r\u0131ht\u0131mlarda \u00e7\u00f6kme ve zeminde y\u00fczeysel s\u0131v\u0131la\u015fma oldu\u011funu da tespit ettiklerini ifade eden Uralo\u011flu, \u201c<b><em>Bu kapsamda \u0130skenderun Bal\u0131k\u00e7\u0131 Bar\u0131na\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Onar\u0131m\u0131 i\u015fini tamamlad\u0131k. Ana ve tali mendire\u011fi onararak \u00e7\u00f6ken ve bozulan r\u0131ht\u0131m\u0131 yeniledik.  Yine, \u0130skenderun\u2019da, kentin sahil hatt\u0131n\u0131 do\u011frudan etkileyen 3,8 kilometrelik sahil tahkimat\u0131 onar\u0131m\u0131 ve y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f yolu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 tamamlad\u0131k ve halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131na a\u00e7t\u0131k.
