Asya ile Avrupa\u2019y\u0131 birbirine ba\u011flayan Yavuz Sultan Selim K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc, 59 metreyle d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en geni\u015f, 322 metrelik kule y\u00fcksekli\u011fiyle ise en y\u00fcksek k\u00f6pr\u00fclerinden biridir. Bu devasa proje hem b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc hem de do\u011fal afetlerin getirdi\u011fi risklere kar\u015f\u0131 dayan\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile d\u00fcnyada \u00f6nc\u00fc yap\u0131lardan biri olarak dikkat \u00e7ekiyor.Yap\u0131lan r\u00fczg\u00e2r t\u00fcneli testleri, Yavuz Sultan Selim K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn aerodinamik davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n, tasar\u0131m r\u00fczg\u00e2r h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n olduk\u00e7a \u00fczerinde yer alan h\u0131zlara kadar dayan\u0131kl\u0131 oldu\u011funu analiz ve testlerle ortaya koyuyor. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Olas\u0131 Depremde G\u00fcvenli \u00c7\u0131k\u0131\u015f Sa\u011flanabilecek<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kuzey Marmara Otoyolu\u2019nun Marmara Fay Hatt\u0131\u2019ndan uzak bir konumda bulunmas\u0131, yap\u0131n\u0131n deprem risklerinden daha az etkilenme potansiyeline sahip olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Olas\u0131 bir afet sonras\u0131nda otoyolun operasyonel kalmas\u0131; acil durum ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131, yol a\u00e7ma ve temizleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, lojistik destek, ikincil etkilerin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131, h\u0131zl\u0131 eri\u015fim, ileti\u015fim altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 ile ekonomik avantajlar\u0131n devaml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kritik \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. Yavuz Sultan Selim K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc ve Kuzey \u00c7evre Otoyolu ise g\u00fcvenilir m\u00fchendislik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla in\u015fa edilmesinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, son 9 y\u0131lda sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nemli tasarruflarla da dikkat \u00e7ekerek b\u00f6lge i\u00e7in stratejik bir ba\u015far\u0131 \u00f6rne\u011fi olu\u015fturuyor.<\/p>\n<p>2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131lan Yavuz Sultan Selim K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc, yakla\u015f\u0131k 2 bin 500 y\u0131lda bir meydana gelebilecek \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fiddetli bir depremde bile ayakta kalarak servis verebilecek \u015fekilde in\u015fa edildi.\u00a0Bu k\u00f6pr\u00fc in\u015fa edilirken Kuzey Marmara ve Karadeniz&#8217;deki fay hatlar\u0131 tetkik edildi. \u00c7ok \u015fiddetli bir depremde bile ayakta kalarak hizmet sunabilecek \u015fekilde tasarlanan k\u00f6pr\u00fcde olas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck bir depremde \u0130stanbul, Kocaeli ve Sakarya\u2019ya her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ula\u015f\u0131m Kuzey Marmara Otoyolu\u2019ndan aksamadan yap\u0131labilecek. Kuzey Marmara Otoyolu, Yavuz Sultan Selim K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc \u0130stanbul\u2019dan g\u00fcvenli \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f sa\u011flanmas\u0131nda stratejik bir g\u00f6rev \u00fcstlenecek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deprem Performans Kriterleri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yavuz Sultan Selim K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc, uluslararas\u0131 k\u00f6pr\u00fc tasar\u0131m standartlar\u0131na uygun \u015fekilde ULS (Ultimate Limit State) ve SLS (Serviceability Limit State) performans kriterleri do\u011frultusunda tasarland\u0131. Teknik gerekliliklere g\u00f6re ULS ve SLS hizmet \u00f6m\u00fcrleri i\u00e7in iki d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f periyodu tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f olup; ULS i\u00e7in 2.475 y\u0131l, SLS i\u00e7in ise 475 y\u0131ll\u0131k d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f periyotlar\u0131 esas al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. K\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn g\u00fcvenilirli\u011fini art\u0131ran en \u00f6nemli unsurlardan biri; e\u011fik ask\u0131 kablolar\u0131 ile ask\u0131 halatlar\u0131n\u0131n birlikte olu\u015fturdu\u011fu hibrit kablo sistemidir. Bu sistem, k\u00f6pr\u00fc tabliyesinin deprem y\u00fckleri alt\u0131nda daha dengeli ve kontroll\u00fc bir yap\u0131sal davran\u0131\u015f sergilemesini sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Kule, tabliye, kablo ankraj b\u00f6lgeleri ve ba\u011flant\u0131 elemanlar\u0131nda sismik zorlanmalara kar\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcksek dayan\u0131ml\u0131 \u00e7elik malzemeler ve \u00f6zel performans betonlar\u0131 kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca k\u00f6pr\u00fcde uygulanan mesnet sistemi, deprem s\u0131ras\u0131nda tabliyenin kontroll\u00fc hareketine imkan tan\u0131yarak sismik izolasyon etkisi olu\u015fturuyor. Jeoteknik tasar\u0131m kapsam\u0131nda, ta\u015f\u0131ma g\u00fcc\u00fc ve oturma analizleri detayl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla do\u011frulanm\u0131\u015f; k\u00f6pr\u00fc ayaklar\u0131 kararl\u0131 zemin k\u00fctleleri \u00fczerine konumland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
