Kars Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 koordinesinde, Kars Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Ka\u00e7ak\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k ve Organize Su\u00e7larla M\u00fccadele \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc (KOM) ekiplerince tefecilik su\u00e7una y\u00f6nelik operasyon d\u00fczenlendi.<\/p>\n
T\u00fcrk Ceza Kanunu’nun 241. maddesi kapsam\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen soru\u015fturma \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, Kars il merkezi ile Digor il\u00e7esinde belirlenen adreslere e\u015f zamanl\u0131 operasyon ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Operasyona 15 ekip ve 55 polis kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
Ekiplerce 4 ikamet ve 1 ara\u00e7ta yap\u0131lan aramalarda; 1 milyon 416 bin TL su\u00e7tan elde edildi\u011fi de\u011ferlendirilen nakit para, yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 milyon TL de\u011ferinde senet, 2 adet banka dekontu, 1 adet pompal\u0131 t\u00fcfek, 1 adet mu\u015ftal\u0131 kama ve 60 adet fi\u015fek ele ge\u00e7irildi.<\/p>\n
Operasyon kapsam\u0131nda M.\u00d6. (43), R.A. (40), N.O. (38) ve A.S.O. (34) isimli 4 \u015f\u00fcpheli yakalanarak g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131. \u015e\u00fcpheliler hakk\u0131nda adli i\u015flemlerin ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenildi.<\/p>\n
