Zonguldak’ta T\u00dcVT\u00dcRK muayene istasyonlar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarla i\u015f birli\u011fi yaparak kusurlu ara\u00e7lar\u0131 r\u00fc\u015fvet kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda muayeneden ge\u00e7irdikleri iddia edilen \u015febekeye y\u00f6nelik operasyon d\u00fczenlendi. Bir y\u0131ll\u0131k takibin ard\u0131ndan yakalanan 13 \u015f\u00fcpheliden 11’i adliyeye sevk edildi.<\/p>\n
Zonguldak Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 koordinesinde, \u0130l Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Ka\u00e7ak\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k ve Organize Su\u00e7larla M\u00fccadele (KOM) \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ekiplerince geni\u015f kapsaml\u0131 bir r\u00fc\u015fvet ve sahtecilik operasyonu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Baz\u0131 T\u00dcVT\u00dcRK istasyonu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ve arac\u0131lar\u0131n; ara\u00e7lar\u0131nda kusur bulunan ve randevusu olmayan \u015fah\u0131slar\u0131n usuls\u00fcz \u015fekilde i\u015flemlerini yapt\u0131klar\u0131 tespit edildi.<\/p>\n

Yakla\u015f\u0131k bir y\u0131l s\u00fcren teknik ve fiziki takibin ard\u0131ndan operasyon i\u00e7in d\u00fc\u011fmeye bas\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130stihbar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ve derinle\u015ftirilen soru\u015fturma kapsam\u0131nda, aralar\u0131nda 50 \u015f\u00fcpheli ve 15 tan\u0131\u011f\u0131n bulundu\u011fu toplam 65 ki\u015finin ifadesine ba\u015fvuruldu. Yap\u0131lan incelemelerde, \u015f\u00fcpheli \u015fah\u0131slar\u0131n banka hesaplar\u0131nda r\u00fc\u015fvet su\u00e7una delil te\u015fkil eden yakla\u015f\u0131k 3 milyon liral\u0131k yo\u011fun para transferlerinin bulundu\u011fu ancak kesin rakam\u0131n MASAK raporlar\u0131yla netle\u015fece\u011fi \u00f6\u011frenildi.<\/p>\n
Ayr\u0131ca usuls\u00fcz onay ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 iddia edilen ara\u00e7lar yeniden muayeneden ge\u00e7irildi\u011finde, ge\u00e7memesi gereken ara\u00e7lar\u0131n sistem \u00fczerinden onayland\u0131\u011f\u0131 da bilirki\u015fi raporlar\u0131yla belgelendi.<\/p>\n

Emniyetteki i\u015flemlerinin ard\u0131ndan \u015f\u00fcphelilerden C.\u00d6. ve Y.E. ifadeleri sonras\u0131 emniyetten serbest b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131rken; istasyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 T.\u00d6., H.B., \u0130.C.D., \u0130.G., \u00d6.Y., M.\u00c7., M.A. ile arac\u0131l\u0131k yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fclen G.\u00d6., T.E., M.V. ve S.A.
