Bu oran, kanser tedavisinde \u00f6nemli bir e\u015fi\u011fin a\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterirken; ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde \u00f6zellikle gen\u00e7 ya\u015f grubunda kolon kanseri vakalar\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. Son bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, ba\u011f\u0131rsak dokusunda meydana gelen sertle\u015fmenin, kanser geli\u015fiminde genetikten ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z erken bir uyar\u0131 mekanizmas\u0131 olabilece\u011fine i\u015faret ediyor. G\u00fcncel veriler ise kanserin yaln\u0131zca genetik bir hastal\u0131k olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131; erken tan\u0131, doku yap\u0131s\u0131 ve ya\u015fam tarz\u0131n\u0131n da hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n geli\u015fiminde belirleyici rol oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyuyor. Memorial G\u00f6ztepe Hastanesi Kanser Merkezi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Mustafa \u00d6zdo\u011fan, kolon kanserinde son ve yeni bilimsel yakla\u015f\u0131mlara ili\u015fkin bilgiler verdi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kanser art\u0131k sadece genetik bir hastal\u0131k de\u011fil<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kanser uzun y\u0131llar a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak genetik mutasyonlar \u00fczerinden tan\u0131mland\u0131. Ancak g\u00fcncel bilimsel veriler, genetik testleri normal olan bireylerde de kanser geli\u015febildi\u011fini g\u00f6stermektedir. Bu durum, kanserin yaln\u0131zca genetik de\u011fil; h\u00fccrenin bulundu\u011fu doku ortam\u0131yla da yak\u0131ndan ili\u015fkili bir hastal\u0131k oldu\u011funu ortaya koymaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gen\u00e7 ya\u015fta kolon kanseri g\u00f6r\u00fclme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131yor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kolon kanseri ileri ya\u015f hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak bilinmekle birlikte, 50 ya\u015f alt\u0131 bireylerde g\u00f6r\u00fclme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f izlenmektedir. Gen\u00e7 hastalar\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde kal\u0131tsal genetik risk fakt\u00f6rleri saptanmamaktad\u0131r. Bu tablo, kolon kanserinin ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131nda genetikten ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z biyolojik s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin etkili olabilece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fcr. Son 30 y\u0131la bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda y\u0131ll\u0131k art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 0,5 ile 2,4 aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fmi\u015f durumda. Mevcut e\u011filimin s\u00fcrmesi halinde 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar bu art\u0131\u015f\u0131n y\u00fczde 124\u2019e ula\u015fmas\u0131 beklenmektedir. \u00d6rne\u011fin; vakalar\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde \u201cLynch sendromu\u201d gibi kal\u0131tsal genetik mutasyonlar saptanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu durum, kolon kanserinin yaln\u0131zca genetik fakt\u00f6rlerle a\u00e7\u0131klanamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ba\u011f\u0131rsak duvar\u0131ndaki sertle\u015fme erken bir uyar\u0131 olabilir<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Son \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, gen\u00e7 kolon kanseri hastalar\u0131nda ba\u011f\u0131rsak duvar\u0131n\u0131n normalden daha sert oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir. \u00dcstelik bu sertli\u011fin yaln\u0131zca t\u00fcm\u00f6rl\u00fc alanlarda de\u011fil, hen\u00fcz normal g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcml\u00fc dokularda oldu\u011fu da tespit edildi. Ba\u011f\u0131rsak duvar\u0131ndaki sertle\u015fmenin, h\u00fccrelerde kontrols\u00fcz \u00e7o\u011falmay\u0131 tetikleyen sinyal yollar\u0131n\u0131 aktive edebilir. Erken tan\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131, hedefe y\u00f6nelik tedaviler ve imm\u00fcnoterapiler sayesinde sa\u011fkal\u0131m oranlar\u0131nda belirgin art\u0131\u015f sa\u011fland\u0131.
