Bal\u00e7ova Belediyesi, 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 boyunca vatanda\u015flardan gelen 105 bin 700 ba\u015fvuruyu kay\u0131t alt\u0131na alarak ilgili m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklere y\u00f6nlendirdi. Altyap\u0131dan temizlik hizmetlerine, sosyal destekten zab\u0131ta \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na kadar bir\u00e7ok alanda iletilen talepler, belediye birimlerinin koordineli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131yla de\u011ferlendirilerek \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde sonu\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Belediye yetkilileri, bu hizmet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n 2026 y\u0131l\u0131nda da artarak s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclece\u011fini belirtti.<\/p>\n
\u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 merkezi ve WhatsApp hatt\u0131 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere farkl\u0131 ileti\u015fim kanallar\u0131 \u00fczerinden iletilen talepler; altyap\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, \u00e7evre d\u00fczenlemesi, temizlik hizmetleri, park ve bah\u00e7eler, sosyal destek ve zab\u0131ta hizmetleri gibi bir\u00e7ok alanda de\u011ferlendirildi. Gelen her ba\u015fvuru titizlikle incelenerek ilgili birimlere aktar\u0131l\u0131rken, s\u00fcrecin takibi de d\u00fczenli olarak sa\u011fland\u0131.<\/p>\n
Belediye birimleri aras\u0131nda kurulan koordinasyon sayesinde taleplerin b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131 k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede sonu\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. \u00d6zellikle g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fam\u0131 do\u011frudan etkileyen konularda h\u0131zl\u0131 m\u00fcdahale edilerek vatanda\u015f memnuniyetinin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 hedeflendi.
