Dilek\u00e7ede, Ayd\u0131n Erdem\u2019in evlilik s\u00fcresince e\u015fini aldatt\u0131\u011f\u0131, son ili\u015fkinin ise oyuncu Dolunay Soysert ile ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n

Ba\u015fvuruda, Erdem\u2019in Soysert ile Arnavutk\u00f6y\u2019de bulunan bir evde birlikte ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131, yurt i\u00e7i ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00e7e\u015fitli tatillere birlikte gittikleri ve ayn\u0131 otellerde konaklad\u0131klar\u0131 ifade edildi.<\/p>\n

Aile konutunun ve m\u00fc\u015fterek \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n istenmesi \u00fczerine G\u00fcney Fransa’dan elinde i\u00e7ki kadehi ile foto\u011fraf payla\u015f\u0131p, \u2018Para g\u00f6ndermeyece\u011fim, ben tatildeyim, konular\u0131n\u0131 sen \u00e7\u00f6z’ diyerek evin nafakas\u0131n\u0131 \u00fcnl\u00fc sevgilisi ile harcayarak m\u00fcvekkili engellemi\u015ftir”<\/em><\/b> ifadelerine yer verildi.<\/p>\n

HTS ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131 halinde Ayd\u0131n Erdem ve Dolunay Soysert’in ayn\u0131 yerde olduklar\u0131n\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131 da dilek\u00e7ede aktar\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Dava dilek\u00e7esinde, Beyhan T.\u2019nin \u00e7ocuklar\u0131yla birlikte ya\u015fayabilmesi i\u00e7in Be\u015fikta\u015f\u2019taki m\u00fc\u015fterek konutun dava s\u00fcresince kendisine ve \u00e7ocuklara tahsis edilmesi ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n velayetinin anneye verilmesi talep edildi.<\/p>\n

\u00d6te yandan, Beyhan T.\u2019nin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 manevi y\u0131k\u0131m ve travmalar\u0131n telafisi i\u00e7in Ayd\u0131n Erdem\u2019in 50 milyon TL maddi ve manevi tazminat \u00f6demesi istendi.<\/p>\n
