Bu sayede bulvar \u00fczerindeki ara\u00e7lar\u0131n h\u0131zlar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclerek yayalar\u0131n daha g\u00fcvenli ve dikkatli ge\u00e7i\u015f yapmalar\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131yor.
