Amsterdam\u2019\u0131n simge yap\u0131lar\u0131ndan Johan Cruijff ArenA\u2019n\u0131n hemen yan\u0131nda konumlanan Eleven Square, kentin yeni ya\u015fam merkezlerinden biri olmaya haz\u0131rlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

145 metre y\u00fcksekli\u011fiyle Amsterdam\u2019\u0131n en y\u00fcksek konut kulesi olacak Eleven Square, kentin siluetine yeni bir simge kazand\u0131racak.<\/p>\n

Yakla\u015f\u0131k 170 bin metrekarelik toplam alana sahip proje, 250\u2019ye 150 metre b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde \u00f6zel bir alanda geli\u015ftiriliyor.<\/p>\n

Toplamda 1.100 konutun yer alaca\u011f\u0131 projede \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131, k\u00fclt\u00fcr, spor ve e\u011flence merkezleri de bulunacak.<\/p>\n

Ballast Nedam, Hollanda ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere Avrupa genelinde s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131 ve altyap\u0131 projeleriyle \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Eleven Square\u2019in kom\u015fusu olan ve 1993\u20131996 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda in\u015fa edilen Johan Cruijff ArenA da \u015firketin imzas\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Kanal projeleriyle \u00fclkenin su bask\u0131nlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 korunmas\u0131na katk\u0131 sunan Ballast Nedam, mod\u00fcler yap\u0131larla daha h\u0131zl\u0131, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ve ekonomik konut \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri geli\u015ftiriyor. D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 \u015eehirler program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda hayata ge\u00e7irilen Cartesius Utrecht, Hollanda\u2019n\u0131n en sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 mahallesi olma hedefiyle \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
