Meteoroloji Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc (MGM) verilerine g\u00f6re, \u0130zmir&#8217;in 1938-2024 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlere g\u00f6re ocak ay\u0131 ya\u011f\u0131\u015f ortalamas\u0131 metrekareye 134,8 kilogram iken, Ocak 2026 da ayl\u0131k toplam ya\u011f\u0131\u015f miktar\u0131 metrekareye 223,7 kilogram oldu. \u0130zmir&#8217;in i\u00e7me suyunun b\u00fcy\u00fck bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 Tahtal\u0131 Baraj\u0131&#8217;nda y\u00fczde 1&#8217;in alt\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen su miktar\u0131, \u015fubat ay\u0131n\u0131n ilk g\u00fcnlerinde d\u00fc\u015fen ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan y\u00fczde 10&#8217;un \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Barajlarda tehlikeli s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n a\u015f\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ancak \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki periyotta beklenen ya\u011f\u0131\u015flarla ge\u00e7en y\u0131lki seviyelere ula\u015faca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktaran TMMOB Meteoroloji M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131 \u0130zmir Temsilcisi Ay\u015feg\u00fcl Ak\u0131nc\u0131 Y\u00fcksel, &#8220;Barajlar gibi su rezervuarlar\u0131nda sadece y\u00fczey ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 de\u011fil, yer alt\u0131 su ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 da etkili oluyor&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;UZUN YILLAR ORTALAMASININ \u00dcZER\u0130NDE YA\u011eI\u015e OLU\u015eACAK&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 10-15 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde, her g\u00fcne farkl\u0131 miktarlarda ve toplamda s\u00fcreklilik g\u00f6sterece\u011finin beklendi\u011fini dile getiren Y\u00fcksel, &#8220;Ocak ay\u0131nda ba\u015flayan ya\u011f\u0131\u015fl\u0131 d\u00f6nemin sonunda uzun y\u0131llar ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde bir ya\u011f\u0131\u015f toplam\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015faca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebiliriz&#8221; dedi. Bu t\u00fcr ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar meteorolojik kurakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 h\u0131zla hafifletebilse de hidrolojik kurakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n giderilmesi ancak uzun s\u00fcreli ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck-orta \u015fiddetli ya\u011f\u0131\u015flarla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilmektedir. \u0130zmir&#8217;de ocak sonu, \u015fubat ba\u015f\u0131 d\u00f6neminde g\u00f6r\u00fclen ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar \u00e7o\u011funlukla k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede yo\u011fun karakterde olup, y\u00fczey ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rarak sel riskini y\u00fckseltmekte, buna kar\u015f\u0131n yer alt\u0131 suyu beslenmesine s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 katk\u0131 sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. Barajlar\u0131n ve su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir \u015fekilde beslenebilmesi i\u00e7in ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar\u0131n zamana yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, geni\u015f alanl\u0131 ve infiltrasyonu destekleyici nitelikte olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;BULUT TOHUMLAMA KURAKLIKLA M\u00dcCADELEDE GE\u00c7\u0130C\u0130 B\u0130R \u00c7\u00d6Z\u00dcM&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar\u0131n suyun depolanmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan iyi oldu\u011funu ancak yeterli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktaran Y\u00fcksel, bu s\u00fcrecin \u0130zmir&#8217;de uygulanmas\u0131 planlanan bulut tohumlama y\u00f6nteminin g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilmesi i\u00e7in f\u0131rsat oldu\u011funu belirtti. Y\u00fcksel, yapay tohumlaman\u0131n uygun s\u0131cakl\u0131k ve nem ko\u015fullar\u0131na sahip bulutlara uygulanabildi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekip, &#8220;Bu y\u00f6ntem kurakl\u0131kla m\u00fccadelede ge\u00e7ici bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmd\u00fcr. Yeralt\u0131 su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 desteklemek i\u00e7in tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 bir y\u00f6ntemdir&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu. Bulut tohumlama T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin kurakl\u0131kla m\u00fccadelesinde tek ba\u015f\u0131na bir \u00e7are de\u011fil. Do\u011fru zaman ve b\u00f6lgelerde kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda barajlara takviye veya tar\u0131m alanlar\u0131na destek sa\u011flayabilir.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fcksel, &#8220;Ya\u011f\u0131\u015f azl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan veya kurakl\u0131ktan kaynaklanan ko\u015fullar\u0131n olumsuz etkilerini en aza indirmek i\u00e7in yapay ya\u011f\u0131\u015f y\u00f6ntemleri yerine di\u011fer su kaynaklar\u0131ndan sulama ve enerji maksatl\u0131 barajlar i\u00e7in su temini yoluna gidilmesi, su tasarrufu ve kurakl\u0131\u011fa daha dayan\u0131kl\u0131 bitki t\u00fcrlerine y\u00f6nelmek daha ekonomik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm olarak g\u00f6z\u00fckmektedir.
