\u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n, gecikme bedellerinin yetersiz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlarda daha adil bir alternatif sundu\u011fu; \u015feffaf yap\u0131s\u0131yla adalet alg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirerek toplumsal gerilim ve g\u00fcven kayb\u0131 gibi riskleri azaltabilece\u011fi ifade edildi. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma, bor\u00e7lu ve alacakl\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki anla\u015fmazl\u0131klar\u0131n hakkaniyet temelinde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenmesini ama\u00e7l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
\u00d6te yandan, Anayasa Mahkemesi’nin 8 Temmuz 2025 tarihli karar\u0131nda y\u00fcksek enflasyonun alacaklar\u0131n reel de\u011ferini a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekilerek, TBMM’ye bu konuda yasal d\u00fczenleme yap\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in s\u00fcre verildi\u011fi hat\u0131rlat\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130STE taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilen modelin s\u00f6z konusu kararla uyumlu oldu\u011fu belirtildi.<\/p>\n
