Olay, 30 Ocak’ta Esenyurt il\u00e7esi Cumhuriyet Mahallesi’nde bulunan bir i\u015f yerinde meydana geldi. \u0130\u015f yerinin kur\u015funland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ihbar\u0131 \u00fczerine adrese polis ekipleri sevk edildi.<\/p>\n
Olay yerinde ve \u00e7evredeki g\u00fcvenlik kameralar\u0131n\u0131 inceleyen ekipler, sald\u0131r\u0131y\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren ki\u015finin i\u015f yerine yaya olarak geldi\u011fini, yan\u0131nda bulunan silahla ate\u015f a\u00e7t\u0131ktan sonra ka\u00e7arak uzakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirledi. \u0130ncelemelerin devam\u0131nda, sald\u0131rgan\u0131n ka\u00e7\u0131\u015f s\u0131ras\u0131nda olayda kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 silah\u0131 yere att\u0131\u011f\u0131, yak\u0131n bir sokakta ba\u015fka bir ki\u015fiyle bulu\u015ftuktan sonra b\u00f6lgeden ayr\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edildi. Olayda kullan\u0131lan silah muhafaza alt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131.Yap\u0131lan saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sonucunda, silahl\u0131 sald\u0131r\u0131y\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi belirlenen M.S. ile g\u00f6zc\u00fcl\u00fck yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edilen M.\u00dc. yakalanarak g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131. \u015e\u00fcpheliler ‘Genel G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Kasten Tehlikeye Sokma’, ‘Mala Zarar Verme’ ve ‘6136 Say\u0131l\u0131 Kanuna Muhalefet’ su\u00e7lar\u0131ndan sevk edildikleri adli makamlarca tutukland\u0131.<\/p>\n
