Olay, 4 \u015eubat’ta saat 00.30 s\u0131ralar\u0131nda Ambarl\u0131 Mahallesi \u0130skele Caddesi’nde meydana geldi. Bir mekandan \u00e7\u0131kan ve alkoll\u00fc oldu\u011fu \u00f6\u011frenilen ki\u015filer, durduklar\u0131 taksiye binerek, \u015fof\u00f6rden istedikleri yere kendilerini g\u00f6t\u00fcrmelerini istedi. Taksi \u015fof\u00f6r\u00fc, yolcu say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 5 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcnce, y\u00f6netmeliklere g\u00f6re koltuk say\u0131s\u0131ndan fazla yolcu alamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Buna sinirlenen yolculardan biri s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc ile tart\u0131\u015fmaya ve taksiyi tekmelemeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Arkada\u015flar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc sakinle\u015ftirilemeyen ki\u015fi arac\u0131 dikiz aynalar\u0131ndan birini k\u0131rd\u0131. Kendisini durdurmak isteyer arkada\u015f\u0131 ile bir ara yere d\u00fc\u015fen bu ki\u015fi yeniden kalkarak sald\u0131rmaya devam etmek istedi. Taksi \u015fof\u00f6r\u00fc buradan uzakla\u015ft\u0131ktan sonra polise giderek \u015fikayet\u00e7i oldu. G\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nan S.Y.’nin 8 su\u00e7 kayd\u0131 oldu\u011fu belirtildi. Mahkemeye sevk edilen \u015f\u00fcpheli adli kontrol \u015fart\u0131yla serbest b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131. <\/p>\n
