kay\u0131t \u00fccretlerindeki fahi\u015f art\u0131\u015flar, yemek, k\u0131yafet ve kitap gibi yan hizmetlerdeki a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 fiyat politikalar\u0131 ile bu \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin okul taraf\u0131ndan belirlenen tekil sat\u0131\u015f noktalar\u0131ndan temin edilmesinin zorunlu tutulmas\u0131 iddialar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirildi.<\/p>\n<p>Hakk\u0131nda soru\u015fturma y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen 19 e\u011fitim kurumu aras\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin pek \u00e7ok ilinde faaliyet g\u00f6steren Bah\u00e7e\u015fehir Koleji, TED Ankara Koleji, U\u011fur Okullar\u0131 ve S\u0131nav Koleji gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck e\u011fitim zincirleri de yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bihavadis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/rekabet-kurulundan-19-okula-sorusturma-1-WkJmISUw.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Soru\u015fturmaya dayanak olan Kanun&#8217;un 4. maddesi;
