Olay, 24 Eyl\u00fcl 2024 tarihinde Bostanba\u015f\u0131 Mahallesi’nde meydana geldi. Bo\u015fanma a\u015famas\u0131nda olan Recep Karayi\u011fit ile Nuran Karayi\u011fit aras\u0131nda otomobilde bilinmeyen nedenle tart\u0131\u015fma \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Tart\u0131\u015fma s\u0131ras\u0131nda Recep Karayi\u011fit, tabancayla e\u015fini g\u00f6\u011fs\u00fcnden vurdu. Recep Karayi\u011fit, daha sonra e\u015fini otomobille hastaneye g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcp teslim oldu. Tedaviye al\u0131nan Nuran Karayi\u011fit, doktorlar\u0131n t\u00fcm m\u00fcdahalesine ra\u011fmen kurtar\u0131lamad\u0131. Malatya 1’inci A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi’nde g\u00f6r\u00fclen davan\u0131n karar duru\u015fmas\u0131nda tutuklu san\u0131k Recep Karayi\u011fit ile Nuran Karayi\u011fit’in yak\u0131nlar\u0131 ve taraf avukatlar\u0131 haz\u0131r bulundu. Mahkeme heyeti, savunmalar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan Recep Karayi\u011fit’i a\u011f\u0131rla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f m\u00fcebbet hapis cezas\u0131na \u00e7arpt\u0131rd\u0131. <\/p>\n
Nuran Karayi\u011fit’in ailesinin avukat\u0131 Abdullah Topuz, “Adalet yerini buldu. \u00dclkemizin kanayan aralar\u0131ndan biri olan kad\u0131n cinayetlerinden art\u0131k toplum ve vicdan\u0131m\u0131z b\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131.
