A\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f t\u00f6reninde k\u0131sa bir konu\u015fma yapan H\u00fcseyin Can G\u00fcner, \u201cUzun y\u0131llar g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilen bu binay\u0131 Ankara B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z Say\u0131n Mansur Yava\u015f g\u00f6rd\u00fc ve giderdi. Bu binay\u0131 bu modern bir yap\u0131 haline getirerek tekrar \u00c7ankaya’m\u0131za kazand\u0131rd\u0131. Kendisine te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

80\u2019li y\u0131llarda Esat ve \u00e7evresindeki mahallelerin g\u00fcnl\u00fck ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 ve b\u00f6lge halk\u0131n\u0131n al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 gidermek \u00fczere in\u015fa edilen hal binas\u0131n\u0131n uzun y\u0131llar hizmet verdi\u011fini kaydeden G\u00fcner, \u201cArt\u0131k fonksiyonunu yitirmeye ve elveri\u015fsiz hale gelmeye, y\u0131pranmaya y\u00fcz tutmu\u015ftu ve yeni bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme, yenilenmeye, yeniden farkl\u0131 bir kimlikle Ankara’ya, \u00c7ankaya’ya hizmet etmeye ihtiyac\u0131 vard\u0131. Zaman zaman soruluyor, \u2018Kent tarihini korumak i\u00e7in belediyelerimiz ne yap\u0131yor, payda\u015flar ne yap\u0131yor?\u2019 diye. \u0130\u015fte bunu yap\u0131yor. Buray\u0131 ranta a\u00e7mak yerine, buraya bir g\u00f6kdelen bir plaza dikmek yerine ya da satmak yerine buray\u0131 yerinde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcp sadece mahallenin ihtiyac\u0131na hizmet edecek bir al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f mekan\u0131 olmaktan da \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131p, seramik at\u00f6lyesinden sergi salonuna, k\u00fct\u00fcphanesine her \u015feyi i\u00e7inde bar\u0131nd\u0131ran modern bir h\u00fcrriyete b\u00fcr\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Rant i\u00e7in de\u011fil halk i\u00e7in belediyecilik budur diyorum\u201d diye konu\u015ftu. \u00a0<\/p>\n

K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve sanat akt\u00f6rlerini, yerel \u00fcreticileri, sivil toplum ve sanat topluluklar\u0131n\u0131, gastronomi alanlar\u0131n\u0131, ABB birimlerini ve mahalle sakinlerini bulu\u015fturan \u00e7ar\u015f\u0131, \u201cEsat H\u00e2l\u201d ad\u0131yla Ba\u015fkentlilerin hizmetine yeniden sunuldu. Esat H\u00e2l\u2019in \u00f6nemli alanlar\u0131ndan biri olan H\u00e2l Galeri\u2019nin, y\u0131l boyunca d\u00fczenlenecek sergi ve etkinliklerle Ba\u015fkent\u2019in yeni sanat duraklar\u0131ndan biri olmas\u0131 hedefleniyor. Esat H\u00e2l b\u00fcnyesinde ayr\u0131ca Sanat Galerisi, Esat Gen\u00e7 Akademi ve Ru\u015fen Kele\u015f ad\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan Prof. Dr. Ru\u015fen Kele\u015f K\u00fct\u00fcphanesi de yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
