{"id":67217,"date":"2026-03-09T05:51:08","date_gmt":"2026-03-09T05:51:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bihavadis.com\/?p=67217"},"modified":"2026-03-09T05:51:08","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T05:51:08","slug":"sariyer-kilyos-tunelinde-tbm-ile-onemli-esige-ulasildi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bihavadis.com\/index.php\/2026\/03\/09\/sariyer-kilyos-tunelinde-tbm-ile-onemli-esige-ulasildi\/","title":{"rendered":"Sar\u0131yer-Kilyos T\u00fcneli&#8217;nde TBM ile \u00f6nemli e\u015fi\u011fe ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> Ula\u015ft\u0131rma ve Altyap\u0131 Bakan\u0131 Abdulkadir Uralo\u011flu, t\u00fcnel a\u00e7ma makinesi (TBM) ile y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen kaz\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131yla Sar\u0131yer- Kilyos T\u00fcneli&#8217;nde \u00f6nemli bir e\u015fi\u011fi daha a\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, &#8220;Projemizin tamamlanmas\u0131yla \u0130stanbul&#8217;un kuzeyindeki ula\u015f\u0131m k\u00f6kten de\u011fi\u015fecek, \u015fehrimizin altyap\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7ok daha g\u00fc\u00e7lenecek.&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Uralo\u011flu, Sar\u0131yer-Kilyos T\u00fcnel Projesi TBM Kaz\u0131 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 Tamamlama T\u00f6reni&#8217;nde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmada, Sar\u0131yer-Kilyos T\u00fcneli projesinde Karayollar\u0131 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan ilk kez kullan\u0131lan TBM makinesinin kaz\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 tamamlamas\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bir araya gelmenin sevincini ve gururunu ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin co\u011frafyas\u0131, zengin \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fiyle birlikte a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak da\u011fl\u0131k ve engebeli arazilerden olu\u015ftu\u011fundan in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz i\u00e7in hem b\u00fcy\u00fck bir zorluk hem de yenilik\u00e7i \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler geli\u015ftirme zorunlulu\u011funu do\u011furuyor.&#8221; diyen Uralo\u011flu, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Da\u011fl\u0131k ve engebeli b\u00f6lgelerde yol ve t\u00fcnel in\u015faat\u0131 yapmak zemin et\u00fctlerinden, kaz\u0131 y\u00f6ntemlerine, lojistikten, g\u00fcvenlik \u00f6nlemlerine kadar her a\u015famada ekstra titizlik ve maliyet gerektiriyor. Ancak \u00fclkemizin b\u00fcy\u00fcyen ekonomisi, h\u0131zla geli\u015fen \u015fehirle\u015fmesi ve artan ula\u015f\u0131m talebi de bu zorluklara ra\u011fmen altyap\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kesintisiz s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmemizi zorunlu k\u0131l\u0131yor. \u0130\u015fte tam bu noktada, t\u00fcnel a\u00e7ma makinesi yani TBM teknolojisi, \u00f6zellikle yerle\u015fim alanlar\u0131nda uzun t\u00fcnellerin kaz\u0131lmas\u0131nda son derece etkili, h\u0131zl\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli bir y\u00f6ntem olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Bakanl\u0131k olarak \u00f6zellikle metro ve demir yolu t\u00fcnellerinde s\u0131k\u00e7a kullan\u0131lan TBM teknolojisini, Sar\u0131yer-Kilyos T\u00fcneli projesinde Karayollar\u0131 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc sorumlulu\u011funda ilk kez kulland\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten Uralo\u011flu, bu projenin kara yolu t\u00fcnellerinde t\u00fcnel a\u00e7ma makinesinin ilk ve tek uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m olmakla birlikte Avrasya T\u00fcneli ve Ankara-\u0130zmir Y\u00fcksek H\u0131zl\u0131 Tren Hatt\u0131 E\u015fme-Salihli aras\u0131ndaki T-1 T\u00fcneli&#8217;nden sonra, burada 13,65 metrelik \u00e7ap\u0131yla T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc TBM&#8217;si kullan\u0131larak b\u00fcy\u00fck bir ba\u015far\u0131ya da imza at\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Bu y\u0131l tamamlamay\u0131 hedefliyoruz&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Uralo\u011flu, Sar\u0131yer-Kilyos T\u00fcneli Projesi&#8217;nin yap\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na 2022 y\u0131l\u0131 may\u0131s ay\u0131nda ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ifade ederek, &#8220;Yakla\u015f\u0131k 7 kilometre uzunlu\u011funda, 2 gidi\u015f 2 geli\u015f 4 \u015feritli, bit\u00fcml\u00fc s\u0131cak kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m kaplamal\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yol standard\u0131nda \u00e7ift t\u00fcpl\u00fc olarak in\u015fa edilen projemizin toplam uzunlu\u011fu ba\u011flant\u0131 yollar\u0131 ile birlikte 8,2 kilometredir. Projemiz, Sar\u0131yer-\u00c7ay\u0131rba\u015f\u0131 T\u00fcneli&#8217;nin \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan ba\u015flayarak Kuzey Marmara Otoyolu b\u00fcnyesinde in\u015fa edilmi\u015f olan Uskumruk\u00f6y Modern D\u00f6nel Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131&#8217;nda son buluyor.&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Proje kapsam\u0131nda, Sar\u0131yer Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131 ve Kilyos Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131 olmak \u00fczere toplam 2 adet k\u00f6pr\u00fcl\u00fc kav\u015fak, 1 viyad\u00fck, 2 a\u00e7-kapa yap\u0131s\u0131 ve 1 menfez de in\u015fa ettiklerini hat\u0131rlatan Uralo\u011flu, &#8220;\u00c7ift t\u00fcp uzunlu\u011fu toplam 13 bin 715 metre olan t\u00fcnelimizin yap\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 en k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede tamamlamak i\u00e7in Yeni Avusturya T\u00fcnel A\u00e7ma, k\u0131sa ad\u0131yla NATM metodu, yani delme patlatma \u015feklinde ve TBM teknolojisi olmak \u00fczere iki e\u015f zamanl\u0131 olarak birbiriyle uyumlu \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyoruz.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Bakan Uralo\u011flu, sahada 180 makine-ekipman ve 879 personelle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ara vermeden 7\/24 devam ettiklerini vurgulayarak, Sar\u0131yer-Kilyos T\u00fcneli&#8217;nin yap\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 bu y\u0131l tamamlamay\u0131 hedeflediklerini ve bu do\u011frultuda aral\u0131ks\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Bu b\u00fcy\u00fck projeler, bir milletin azmi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve gelece\u011fe olan inanc\u0131n\u0131n sembol\u00fcd\u00fcr.&#8221; diyen Uralo\u011flu, &#8220;Bug\u00fcn burada TBM kaz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131yla Sar\u0131yer-Kilyos T\u00fcneli&#8217;nde bir ba\u015fka \u00f6nemli e\u015fi\u011fi daha a\u015fm\u0131\u015f bulunuyoruz. Projemizin tamamlanmas\u0131yla \u0130stanbul&#8217;un kuzeyindeki ula\u015f\u0131m k\u00f6kten de\u011fi\u015fecek, \u015fehrimizin altyap\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7ok daha g\u00fc\u00e7lenecektir. Projemizle, Maslak, Levent, Be\u015fikta\u015f ve B\u00fcy\u00fckdere Caddesi gibi \u0130stanbul&#8217;un en kalabal\u0131k, en canl\u0131 i\u015f ve finans merkezleri, Sar\u0131yer-\u00c7ay\u0131rba\u015f\u0131 T\u00fcneli ve hemen akabindeki Sar\u0131yer-Kilyos T\u00fcneli vas\u0131tas\u0131yla do\u011frudan Kuzey Marmara Otoyolu&#8217;na ba\u011flanabilecek, \u0130stanbul Havaliman\u0131 ile \u0130stanbul&#8217;un i\u015f merkezleri aras\u0131ndaki ba\u011flant\u0131 h\u0131zlanacakt\u0131r.&#8221; de\u011ferlendirmesinde bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>Uralo\u011flu, s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle tamamlad\u0131: <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Sar\u0131yer&#8217;in 350 bin n\u00fcfuslu b\u00f6lgesi, imar yollar\u0131 yerine t\u00fcnel ile 5 dakikada y\u00fcksek standartl\u0131 otoyola eri\u015febilecektir. B\u00f6ylelikle \u0130stanbul&#8217;un kuzeyindeki yaz turizmi faaliyetleri daha da canlanacakt\u0131r. En \u00f6nemlisi ise olas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck afet durumlar\u0131nda \u0130stanbul&#8217;un acil yard\u0131m ve tahliye yolu olarak kabul edilen Kuzey Marmara Otoyolu&#8217;na da h\u0131zl\u0131 eri\u015fim imkan\u0131 tesis edilmi\u015f olacakt\u0131r. Kuzey Marmara Otoyolu&#8217;na entegrasyonu en h\u0131zl\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli \u015fekilde sa\u011flayacak Sar\u0131yer-Kilyos T\u00fcneli projemizin \u0130stanbul i\u00e7in ne kadar \u00f6nemli oldu\u011fu ortada. Projemiz sayesinde seyahat s\u00fcresini 35 dakikadan sadece 5 dakikaya indiriyoruz.
