Evlerinin \u00f6n\u00fcnde \u015eammaz Yalva\u00e7 ve karde\u015fi Zeki Yalva\u00e7 aras\u0131nda iddiaya g\u00f6re, ev ile arsa alacak-verece\u011fi y\u00fcz\u00fcnden tart\u0131\u015fma \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Tart\u0131\u015fman\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi \u00fczerine \u015eammaz Yalva\u00e7, belinden \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 tabancayla karde\u015fi Zeki Yalva\u00e7&#8217;\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131ndan ve g\u00f6\u011fs\u00fcnden vurdu. Zeki Yalva\u00e7, kanlar i\u00e7inde yere y\u0131\u011f\u0131ld\u0131. \u015eammaz Yalva\u00e7 ise Hollanda plakal\u0131 bir ara\u00e7la olay yerinden ka\u00e7t\u0131. \u0130hbar \u00fczerine olay yerine polis ve sa\u011fl\u0131k ekipleri sevk edildi. Ambulans ile Aksaray E\u011fitim Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Hastanesi&#8217;ne kald\u0131r\u0131lan Zeki Yalva\u00e7, doktorlar\u0131n t\u00fcm m\u00fcdahalesine ra\u011fmen kurtar\u0131lamad\u0131. Polis ekipleri, ka\u00e7an \u015f\u00fcpheliyi k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede Meydan Mahallesi&#8217;nde olayda kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirilen tabanca ile birlikte yakalad\u0131.
