Kadrolu ve g\u00fcvenceli istihdam yerine ge\u00e7ici ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma bi\u00e7iminin yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, hem \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin ya\u015fam ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 zorla\u015ft\u0131rmakta hem de e\u011fitim sisteminde ciddi e\u015fitsizlikler yaratmaktad\u0131r. Son d\u00f6nemde bu e\u015fitsizliklerin bir yenisi daha g\u00fcndeme gelmi\u015ftir. Kamu kurumlar\u0131nda genellikle 3 y\u0131lda bir yap\u0131lan banka promosyon \u00f6demelerinde, \u00fccretli \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin kapsam d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Ayn\u0131 okulda, ayn\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131flarda, ayn\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenciler i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u00fccretli \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin bu \u00f6demelerden yararland\u0131r\u0131lmamas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k bir ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131kt\u0131r ve kabul edilemez. \u00dccretli \u00f6\u011fretmen arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n promosyon \u00f6demelerinden yararlanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini dile getirdi\u011fimizde ise \u00e7o\u011fu zaman \u015fu gerek\u00e7eyle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131yoruz: \u201c\u00dccretli \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin ne zaman g\u00f6revlerinin sona erece\u011fi ya da \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131p \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmayacaklar\u0131 belli de\u011fil.\u201d Tam da bu gerek\u00e7e, \u00fccretli \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin nas\u0131l bir g\u00fcvencesizlik i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ortaya koymaktad\u0131r. E\u011fitim sisteminin \u00f6nemli bir y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc ta\u015f\u0131yan bu \u00f6\u011fretmenler, belirsiz ve ge\u00e7ici bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma d\u00fczenine mahk\u00fbm edilmekte, temel haklardan dahi yararlanamayan bir konumda b\u0131rak\u0131lmaktad\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Oysa \u00fccretli \u00f6\u011fretmenler;<br \/> \u2022 \u00c7o\u011fu zaman sigorta haklar\u0131ndan tam anlam\u0131yla yararlanamamaktad\u0131r ve sigortalar\u0131 eksik yat\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<br \/> \u2022 Kadrolu \u00f6\u011fretmenlerle ayn\u0131 i\u015fi yapmalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen, onlar\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fccretin yakla\u015f\u0131k \u00fc\u00e7te biri kadar bir \u00fccretle \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<br \/> \u2022 Bir e\u011fitim-\u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131 boyunca d\u00fczenli gelir elde edememekte, \u00e7o\u011fu zaman yaln\u0131zca 7-8 ay \u00fccret alabilmektedir.<br \/> \u2022 Tatil d\u00f6nemlerinde ve ara d\u00f6nemlerde herhangi bir ekonomik g\u00fcvenceden yoksun b\u0131rak\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<br \/> Bu kadar a\u011f\u0131r ve adaletsiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131 yetmezmi\u015f gibi, \u015fimdi de banka promosyonu gibi temel bir mali haktan d\u0131\u015flanmalar\u0131, \u00fccretli \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin e\u011fitim sistemi i\u00e7erisinde nas\u0131l \u00f6tekile\u015ftirildi\u011fini bir kez daha g\u00f6stermektedir.<br \/> Bizler E\u011fitim Sen olarak bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 kabul etmiyoruz.
