Yeni d\u00fczenlemelerle birlikte, \u00f6zellikle uzla\u015fma g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerinin t\u0131kand\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretilmesi ve \u0130stanbul\u2019un deprem direncinin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.
