D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn (DS\u00d6) &#8216;sessiz pandemi&#8217; olarak tan\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve her y\u0131l milyonlarca insan\u0131n ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 tehdit eden antimikrobiyal diren\u00e7le m\u00fccadele kapsam\u0131nda, ge\u00e7en hafta 2026-2030 y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131 kapsayan &#8216;Antimikrobiyal Diren\u00e7 ile M\u00fccadele Ulusal Eylem Plan\u0131&#8217; hayata ge\u00e7irildi. Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n &#8216;Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131&#8217; vizyonu do\u011frultusunda haz\u0131rlanan eylem plan\u0131yla, antibiyotiklerin ak\u0131lc\u0131 kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, gereksiz kullan\u0131m\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 ve diren\u00e7li mikroplar\u0131n neden oldu\u011fu enfeksiyonlar\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor. Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 koordinasyonunda, Tar\u0131m ve Orman Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n katk\u0131lar\u0131yla haz\u0131rlanan eylem plan\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda, antimikrobiyal diren\u00e7 ve antibiyotik t\u00fcketimine ili\u015fkin s\u00fcrveyans sistemlerinin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi, enfeksiyonlar\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi, ak\u0131lc\u0131 kullan\u0131m\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve \u00e7evresel yay\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor. 9 hedef ve 24 stratejiden olu\u015fan planla birlikte Ar-Ge \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n te\u015fvik edilmesi, toplum ve sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131nda fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve antimikrobiyal diren\u00e7le m\u00fccadelede s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ve b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir ulusal politika \u00e7er\u00e7evesi olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de tedavi hizmetlerinde \u00f6nemli bir noktaya gelinmesine ra\u011fmen, diren\u00e7 kazanm\u0131\u015f mikroplar nedeniyle hasta kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilmesi amac\u0131yla haz\u0131rlanan ulusal eylem plan\u0131; insan, hayvan ve \u00e7evre sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 birlikte ele alan &#8216;tek sa\u011fl\u0131k&#8217; yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131yla \u015fekillendirildi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;ANT\u0130B\u0130YOT\u0130KLER A\u015eIDAN SONRA EN \u00d6NEML\u0130 TIBB\u0130 GEL\u0130\u015eMED\u0130R&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n Geli\u015ftirilmesi Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Do\u00e7. Dr. Muhammed Atak, eylem plan\u0131na ili\u015fkin DHA&#8217;ya a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulundu. Do\u00e7. Dr. Atak, yakla\u015f\u0131k 100 y\u0131l \u00f6nce insanlar\u0131n en \u00e7ok bula\u015f\u0131c\u0131 hastal\u0131klardan \u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve 1928&#8217;de penisilinin ke\u015ffiyle beraber antibiyotiklerin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyerek, &#8220;Antimikrobiyal dedi\u011fimiz bakteri, vir\u00fcs, parazit ve mantar gibi etkenlerin insanlarda hastal\u0131k yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 biliyoruz. Antibiyotikler de bu mikroplar\u0131, \u00f6zellikle bakterileri \u00f6ld\u00fcren ve bask\u0131layan en \u00f6nemli silahlar\u0131m\u0131zdan biridir. 1928&#8217;de ke\u015ffinden itibaren milyonlarca insan\u0131n hayat\u0131n\u0131 ciddi anlamda kurtaran en \u00f6nemli arg\u00fcmanlar\u0131m\u0131zdan biri olmu\u015ftur. Antibiyotikler olmadan \u00f6nce \u00f6zellikle enfeksiyon ve bula\u015f\u0131c\u0131 hastal\u0131klar \u00e7ok \u00f6n plandayd\u0131. \u0130nsanlar basit enfeksiyonlardan hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybedebiliyordu. Cerrahi i\u015flemlerin b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131 antibiyotikler sayesinde yap\u0131labilir hale geldi. Organ nakilleri antibiyotikler sayesinde m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu. Yo\u011fun bak\u0131mlardaki tedaviler ve bir\u00e7ok \u00e7ocukluk \u00e7a\u011f\u0131 hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 antibiyotikler sayesinde art\u0131k \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla antibiyotikler, a\u015f\u0131dan sonra insan hayat\u0131na dokunan en \u00f6nemli t\u0131bbi geli\u015fmelerden biridir&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;ANT\u0130M\u0130KROB\u0130YAL D\u0130REN\u00c7 \u00c7OK YAVA\u015e VE S\u0130NS\u0130 GEL\u0130\u015e\u0130YOR&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Antimikrobiyal direncin, mikroplara y\u00f6nelik geli\u015ftirilen antibiyotiklerin bir s\u00fcre sonra etkisiz hale gelmesi durumu oldu\u011funu ifade eden Do\u00e7. Dr. Atak, &#8220;Siz antibiyoti\u011fi veriyorsunuz ancak bir s\u00fcre sonra mikrop \u00f6lmemeye ba\u015fl\u0131yor ve kullan\u0131lan antibiyotikler etkili olmamaya ba\u015fl\u0131yor. Bunun sebebi, mikroplar\u0131n yo\u011fun antimikrobiyal tedaviye maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirerek diren\u00e7 geli\u015ftirmesidir. A\u015f\u0131r\u0131, gereksiz ve kontrols\u00fcz antibiyotik kullan\u0131m\u0131 mikroplar\u0131n kendini adapte etmesine neden oluyor. Antimikrobiyal diren\u00e7 \u00e7ok yava\u015f ve sinsi geli\u015fiyor. Uygun kullan\u0131m ve gerekli tedbirler al\u0131nmazsa, fark edilmeden bir\u00e7ok enfeksiyonun sebebi haline gelebiliyor. En basit enfeksiyonlar bile diren\u00e7 geli\u015ftirdi\u011finde yeniden \u00f6l\u00fcme ya da ciddi hastal\u0131klara yol a\u00e7abiliyor. D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc verilerine g\u00f6re, 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda antimikrobiyal diren\u00e7le ili\u015fkili yakla\u015f\u0131k 5 milyon ki\u015fi hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti ve gerekli \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde 2050 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar bu say\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131lda 10 milyonun \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 bekleniyor. DS\u00d6 bu tabloyu sessiz bir pandemi olarak de\u011ferlendiriyor ve en \u00f6nemli halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 krizlerinden bir tanesi olarak \u00f6nceliklendiriyor. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de de \u00f6zellikle son y\u0131llarda antibiyotiklerin yanl\u0131\u015f ve gereksiz kullan\u0131m\u0131 nedeniyle antimikrobiyal diren\u00e7le m\u00fccadelede yeni ad\u0131mlar at\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. DS\u00d6&#8217;n\u00fcn \u00f6nerileri do\u011frultusunda Antimikrobiyal Diren\u00e7le M\u00fccadele Ulusal Eylem Plan\u0131 haz\u0131rland\u0131&#8221; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;HASTALARIMIZI, D\u0130REN\u00c7 KAZANMI\u015e M\u0130KROPLAR Y\u00dcZ\u00dcNDEN KAYBETMEK \u0130STEM\u0130YORUZ&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Do\u00e7. Dr. Atak, toplumda gereksiz antibiyotik kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilmesinin hedeflendi\u011fini, antibiyotik kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yaln\u0131zca insanda de\u011fil de hayvanc\u0131l\u0131kta ve bitkilerde de mevcut oldu\u011funu ifade ederek, &#8220;Biz hastalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, m\u00fccadele edemedi\u011fimiz diren\u00e7 kazanm\u0131\u015f mikroplar y\u00fcz\u00fcnden kaybetmek istemiyoruz. Bu alanlardaki a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 kullan\u0131m da ciddi bir tehdit olu\u015fturuyor. Antibiyotikler milyonlarca insan\u0131n hayat\u0131n\u0131 kurtaran \u00e7ok de\u011ferli bir t\u0131bbi geli\u015fmedir. Bu nedenle ak\u0131ll\u0131ca ve sorumlu \u015fekilde kullan\u0131lmalar\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. Eylem plan\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve geli\u015ftirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 T\u00dcSEB (T\u00fcrkiye Sa\u011fl\u0131k Enstit\u00fcleri Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131) koordinasyonunda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek. Antimikrobiyal direnci azaltmaya y\u00f6nelik bilimsel ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar desteklenecek. Vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zdan beklentimiz, gerekli olmad\u0131k\u00e7a hekimlerinden antibiyotik talep etmemeleri, yaz\u0131lan antibiyotikleri \u00f6nerilen s\u00fcre boyunca kullanmalar\u0131 ve evde kalan antibiyotikleri ba\u015fkalar\u0131yla payla\u015fmamalar\u0131d\u0131r. Antibiyotikler, y\u00fczy\u0131llard\u0131r bula\u015f\u0131c\u0131 hastal\u0131klarla m\u00fccadelede en \u00f6nemli silahlar\u0131m\u0131zdan biridir ve bu m\u00fccadelede herkesin sorumluluk almas\u0131 gerekiyor. Aile hekimleri ve di\u011fer hekimler bu m\u00fccadelenin en \u00f6nemli payda\u015flar\u0131d\u0131r. Son y\u0131llarda antibiyotik kullan\u0131m\u0131nda azalma sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ancak katedilmesi gereken bir mesafe hala bulunmaktad\u0131r.
