Art\u0131k konu yaln\u0131zca \u00f6\u011frenciye destek vermek de\u011fil; e\u011fitimi \u00f6\u011frencilerin farkl\u0131 ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131, \u00f6\u011frenme bi\u00e7imlerini ve gelecek hedeflerini dikkate alarak yeniden ele almak. Uluslararas\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, \u00fcniversitelerde \u00f6\u011frenciden tek bir kal\u0131ba uymas\u0131n\u0131n beklendi\u011fi yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n yan\u0131nda, \u00f6\u011frencilerin farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 merkeze alan daha esnek ve kapsay\u0131c\u0131 bir anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7 kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<p>World Economic Forum\u2019un yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 rapora g\u00f6re \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde analitik d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme, problem \u00e7\u00f6zme, yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k, teknolojiyi do\u011fru kullanabilme ve ya\u015fam boyu \u00f6\u011frenme becerileri daha da \u00f6nem kazanacak. Bu tablo, \u00f6\u011frencinin ilgi alanlar\u0131n\u0131 ke\u015ffedebilece\u011fi, farkl\u0131 alanlarda kendini geli\u015ftirebilece\u011fi daha zengin e\u011fitim ortamlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemini ortaya koyuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki savunucular\u0131ndan biri olan Yeditepe \u00dcniversitesi Rekt\u00f6r Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Prof. Dr. Ece Ceylan Baba\u2019ya g\u00f6re y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretimde bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 da bu y\u00f6nde de\u011fi\u015fiyor. Art\u0131k as\u0131l soru, \u00f6\u011frenciyi mevcut yap\u0131ya nas\u0131l uyduraca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z de\u011fil; \u00f6\u011frencinin kendi gelece\u011fini planlayabilece\u011fi bir e\u011fitim ortam\u0131n\u0131 nas\u0131l g\u00fc\u00e7lendirece\u011fimiz.<\/p>\n<p>Yeni d\u00f6nemde \u00fcniversiteler, bilgi aktarman\u0131n \u00f6tesinde, \u00f6\u011frencinin yeteneklerini ortaya \u00e7\u0131karan ve onu hayata ve i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131na haz\u0131rlayan yap\u0131lar olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HER \u00d6\u011eRENC\u0130 AYNI DE\u011e\u0130L<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00dcniversite hayat\u0131n\u0131n en temel ger\u00e7e\u011fi, \u00f6\u011frencilerin birbirinden farkl\u0131 olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Kimisi dinleyerek daha iyi \u00f6\u011frenir, kimisi yazarak; kimisi yaln\u0131zca derslerine odaklan\u0131r, kimisi e\u011fitimini \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcr. \u00d6\u011frencilerin sosyal ko\u015fullar\u0131, ilgi alanlar\u0131 ve beklentileri de bu farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirleyen \u00f6nemli unsurlar aras\u0131ndad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Dr. Ece Ceylan Baba bu durumu \u015f\u00f6yle ifade ediyor: \u201cBaz\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenciler d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini konu\u015farak daha iyi aktar\u0131r, baz\u0131lar\u0131 yaz\u0131l\u0131 anlat\u0131mda daha ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. E\u011fitim sistemi de bu ger\u00e7e\u011fi dikkate almal\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m, \u00f6\u011frencinin yaln\u0131zca bilgiyi alan de\u011fil, \u00f6\u011frenme s\u00fcrecine aktif olarak kat\u0131lan bir \u00f6zne oldu\u011fu \u00fcniversite anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendiriyor. \u00d6\u011frencinin kendini s\u00fcrecin par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ortamlarda motivasyonun ve akademik kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Y\u00dcKSEK\u00d6\u011eRET\u0130MDE YETK\u0130NL\u0130KLER\u0130N ARTAN \u00d6NEM\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>OECD ve World Economic Forum verileri, i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n beklentilerinin h\u0131zla de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fini ortaya koyuyor. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde yaln\u0131zca meslek bilgisine sahip olmak yeterli g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fcyor; farkl\u0131 alanlarda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebilen, de\u011fi\u015fen ko\u015fullara uyum sa\u011flayabilen, teknolojiyi etkin kullanan ve \u00f6\u011frenmeye a\u00e7\u0131k bireyler \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Bu tablo, \u00fcniversitelerin \u00f6\u011frencileri bu becerilerle desteklemesinin \u00f6nemini daha da g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr hale getiriyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu becerilerin geli\u015fmesi, \u00f6\u011frencinin e\u011fitimle ger\u00e7ek hayat aras\u0131nda anlaml\u0131 bir ba\u011f kurmas\u0131n\u0131 da kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor. B\u00f6ylece \u00f6\u011frenme s\u00fcrecine kat\u0131l\u0131m ve motivasyon daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc hale geliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Yeditepe \u00dcniversitesi Rekt\u00f6r Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Prof. Dr. Ece Ceylan Baba\u2019ya g\u00f6re bu durum, y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretimde e\u011fitimin geli\u015fen ihtiya\u00e7lar do\u011frultusunda ele al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 gerekli k\u0131l\u0131yor.
