{"id":78638,"date":"2026-05-02T06:21:15","date_gmt":"2026-05-02T06:21:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bihavadis.com\/?p=78638"},"modified":"2026-05-02T06:21:15","modified_gmt":"2026-05-02T06:21:15","slug":"yalovada-tatlicilarda-ramazan-yogunlugu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bihavadis.com\/index.php\/2026\/05\/02\/yalovada-tatlicilarda-ramazan-yogunlugu\/","title":{"rendered":"Yalova&#8217;da tatl\u0131c\u0131larda Ramazan yo\u011funlu\u011fu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ramazan ay\u0131 ile birlikte iftar sofralar\u0131n\u0131n vazge\u00e7ilmezleri aras\u0131nda yer alan kaday\u0131f ve baklava gibi \u015ferbetli tatl\u0131lara olan talep artt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye genelinde oldu\u011fu gibi Yalova\u2019daki tatl\u0131 imalathanelerinde de yo\u011funluk ya\u015fan\u0131rken, ustalar fazla mesai yaparak g\u00fcnde yakla\u015f\u0131k 12 saat \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>YO\u011eUNLU\u011eUN DEVAM ETMES\u0130 BEKLEN\u0130YOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130ftar sonras\u0131 tatl\u0131 t\u00fcketiminin artmas\u0131yla birlikte \u00f6zellikle baklava ve kaday\u0131f \u00e7e\u015fitleri en \u00e7ok tercih edilen \u00fcr\u00fcnler aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131rken, hem bireysel sipari\u015fler hem de toplu iftar organizasyonlar\u0131ndan gelen talepler \u00fcretimi art\u0131r\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5 USTA 12 SAAT \u00c7ALI\u015eIYOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bir tepsi baklavan\u0131n yap\u0131m a\u015famas\u0131 20 dakika s\u00fcrerken, g\u00fcnl\u00fck 100 tepsi baklava \u00fcretildi\u011fini, bir tepsi baklavan\u0131n sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ise 1000 liradan ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen i\u015fletmeci \u0130lker \u00c7i\u00e7ek, <em><b>\u201cRamazan ay\u0131 bereket ay\u0131 oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in Yo\u011fun bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma halindeyiz. Ekstra mesailer yap\u0131yoruz. Normalde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n iki kat\u0131 mesai yap\u0131yoruz. Be\u015f ustam\u0131z normal g\u00fcnlerde 7-8 saat \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken, ramazan ay\u0131nda ise g\u00fcnde 10 ila 12 saat aras\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabiliyorlar. <\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><b>\u0130nsanlar\u0131n iftardan sonra \u015fekeri y\u00fckseldi\u011fi i\u00e7in sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z art\u0131yor. Biz tatl\u0131 t\u00fcketimini karar\u0131nca yapmalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neriyoruz. Bir tepsi baklavay\u0131 son a\u015famaya haz\u0131rlamak a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 yukar\u0131 20 dakikam\u0131z\u0131 al\u0131yor. Yap\u0131m a\u015famas\u0131nda hamurun k\u0131vam\u0131n\u0131 tutturmak \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. <\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><b>\u0130nce a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z hamuru tepsiye diziyoruz. \u00dczerine f\u0131st\u0131k ekleyip kapatt\u0131ktan sonra kesiyor ve f\u0131r\u0131na veriyoruz. Ramazan&#8217;\u0131n maneviyat\u0131n\u0131 bizler de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131za k\u0131sa bir mola vererek ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz\u201d<\/b><\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bihavadis.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/yalovada-tatlicilarda-ramazan-yogunlugu-0-eSu59fyW.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u0130YATLAR NASIL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ramazan ay\u0131n\u0131n gelmesiyle iftardan sonra artan glikoz t\u00fcketimine kar\u015f\u0131 da uyar\u0131larda bulunan \u00c7i\u00e7ek, \u201c<em><b>Son zamanlarda glikoz t\u00fcketiminin artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 biliyor ve bunu kesinlikle \u00f6nermiyoruz. \u0130nsan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na zararl\u0131d\u0131r. Vatanda\u015flara, bildi\u011fi s\u00fcrekli t\u00fcketti\u011fi yerlerden al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f yapmalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neriyoruz. <\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><b>Cevizli baklavalar 1000 TL band\u0131nda, f\u0131st\u0131kl\u0131 baklavalar da 1500 TL civar\u0131nda sat\u0131l\u0131yor. Tabii bu \u015fehirden ve kaliteye g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fiyor. Gaziantep&#8217;te bizim kendi bah\u00e7emiz var. <\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><b>F\u0131st\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu kendi bah\u00e7emizden geliyor. Sadeya\u011f\u0131 da \u00f6zellikle gidip Urfa&#8217;dan kendimiz ba\u015f\u0131nda durarak tereya\u011f\u0131n\u0131n saf hali asitleri al\u0131n\u0131rken ba\u015f\u0131nda bekleyerek ya\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 al\u0131p geliyoruz. Tabii bunlar baklavan\u0131n en \u00f6nemli unsurlar\u0131.
