Hak \u0130\u015f\u00e7i Sendikalar\u0131 Konfederasyonu (HAK-\u0130\u015e) ve Hizmet-\u0130\u015f Sendikas\u0131 Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mahmut Arslan, Fidan Yaz\u0131c\u0131o\u011flu K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezi’nde d\u00fczenlenen imza t\u00f6reninin ard\u0131ndan yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmada, imzalanan s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin hay\u0131rl\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 diledi.<\/p>\n
Toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerinde \u00fc\u00e7 temel kriterleri oldu\u011funu vurguluyan Arslan, “Birincisi, imzalad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin t\u00fcm h\u00fck\u00fcmlerinin zaman\u0131nda uygulanmas\u0131 ve \u00fccretlerimizi, haklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 zaman\u0131nda almak. \u0130kincisi, i\u015f yerinde bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n, karde\u015fli\u011fin ve dostlu\u011fun peki\u015ftirilmesidir. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fc ise toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinden sonra i\u015fimizi ve a\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kaybetmememizdir. \u0130\u015f g\u00fcvencesi bizim i\u00e7in vazge\u00e7ilmezdir.” diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Adem Uzun ve ekibini kutlayan Arslan, “Sizler de Muhsin Yaz\u0131c\u0131o\u011flu’nun yol arkada\u015flar\u0131 olarak daha fazlas\u0131n\u0131 hak ediyorsunuz. Rabb’im ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z paray\u0131 bereketlendirsin. Huzur ve karde\u015fli\u011fimizi daim etsin.” dedi.<\/p>\n
Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Uzun ise yeni belirlenen zamm\u0131n hay\u0131rl\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 diledi.<\/p>\n
\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 enflasyon alt\u0131nda ezdirmeyeceklerini vurgulayan Uzun, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti: <\/p>\n
“Zam oran\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 y\u00fczde 31 olarak belirledik. Teknikerlerde ve m\u00fchendislerde de zam oran\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fczde 46 olarak belirledik. Arkada\u015flar biliyorsunuz 40 yevmiye \u00fczerinden ikramiye veriliyordu. Ortak karar\u0131m\u0131z y\u00fczde 44’t\u00fc, bunu y\u00fczde 48 olarak belirledik. Ramazan ve Kurban bayramlar\u0131nda 3 bin 500 lirayd\u0131 zam oran\u0131 ve bunu 4 bin 500 liraya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131k. T\u00fcm T\u00fcrkiye’de de bunlar b\u00f6yle yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla arkada\u015flar \u015fu an itibar\u0131yla g\u00f6n\u00fcl rahatl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla s\u00f6yleyebilirim ki Sivas Belediyesinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 enflasyon alt\u0131nda ezilmemi\u015ftir, hakk\u0131n\u0131 alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
