Ba\u015fkan Oral, Kuzeydo\u011fu Anadolu Kalk\u0131nma Ajans\u0131 (KUDAKA) Genel Sekreteri Oktay G\u00fcven ile imzalad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015f birli\u011fi protokol\u00fcyle, T\u00fcrkiye’de ilk olma \u00f6zelli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131yan \u00f6nemli bir sosyal istihdam projesinin start\u0131n\u0131 verdi.<\/p>\n
2025 Y\u0131l\u0131 Teknik Destek Program\u0131 6. D\u00f6nem kapsam\u0131nda; Denetimli Serbestlik M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve Atat\u00fcrk \u00dcniversitesi Turizm Fak\u00fcltesinin proje orta\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011fu “Dezavantajl\u0131 Gruplar\u0131n Hizmet Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne Kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 Projesi” KUDAKA taraf\u0131ndan uygun g\u00f6r\u00fclerek desteklenmeye hak kazand\u0131. Ba\u015fkan Hakan Oral’\u0131n giri\u015fimleriyle KUDAKA ile Erzurum Ticaret Borsas\u0131 aras\u0131nda s\u00f6zle\u015fme imzalanarak projenin uygulama s\u00fcrecine ge\u00e7ildi.<\/p>\n
Proje \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde; cezaevinden denetimli serbestlik ile \u00e7\u0131kan veya cezas\u0131n\u0131 tamamlam\u0131\u015f eski h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fclere y\u00f6nelik a\u015f\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k, servis y\u00f6netimi, hijyen ve sanitasyon ile y\u00f6resel yemeklerin haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 alanlar\u0131nda nitelikli mesleki e\u011fitimler verilecek. E\u011fitimleri ba\u015far\u0131yla tamamlayan kursiyerlere sertifika verilerek, istihdama kat\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131 ve toplumsal hayata uyumlar\u0131 desteklenecek.<\/p>\n
Projeye ili\u015fkin de\u011ferlendirmede bulunan Ba\u015fkan Hakan Oral, “Sosyal sorumlulu\u011fu merkeze alan, istihdam odakl\u0131 projelerle sadece ekonomiye de\u011fil, insan hayat\u0131na da de\u011fer katmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz.
