Kent genelinde etkili olan so\u011fuk hava ve \u00f6zellikle y\u00fcksek kesimlerde g\u00f6r\u00fclen kar ya\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131 nedeniyle ekipler teyakkuz haline ge\u00e7erek yo\u011fun bir mesai y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor.
