Trakya Balkan T\u00fcrkleri K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Dayan\u0131\u015fma Derne\u011fi, Bulgaristan’\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye’de ya\u015fayan \u00e7ifte vatanda\u015flar i\u00e7in sand\u0131k s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 getirmesine tepki g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n
Dernek Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Cevat G\u00fcne\u015f, kentte bir tesiste d\u00fczenlenen toplant\u0131da, Avrupa Birli\u011fi \u00fcyesi olmayan \u00fclkelerde Bulgaristan’\u0131n diplomatik ve konsolosluk temsilcilikleri d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kurulabilecek se\u00e7im sand\u0131\u011f\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 20 ile s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n
Bulgaristan Parlamentosunun, Vazrajdane Partisinin teklifini 5 \u015eubat’ta yap\u0131lan oylamayla kabul etti\u011fini belirten G\u00fcne\u015f, T\u00fcrkiye’de ya\u015fayan y\u00fcz binlerce \u00e7ifte vatanda\u015f bulundu\u011funu ifade etti.<\/p>\n
G\u00fcne\u015f, “Biz Bulgaristan’daki anayasal haklardan istifade etmek durumunday\u0131z. Ancak bu geli\u015fmeler, 1989 \u00f6ncesinde uygulanan zorunlu g\u00f6\u00e7 ve asimilasyon politikalar\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatmaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye’de ya\u015fayan \u00e7ifte vatanda\u015flar bu durumdan rahats\u0131zl\u0131k duymaktad\u0131r.” dedi.<\/p>\n
Al\u0131nan karar\u0131n insan haklar\u0131na ayk\u0131r\u0131 oldu\u011funu vurgulayan G\u00fcne\u015f, T\u00fcrkiye’de daha \u00f6nce 160’\u0131n \u00fczerinde sand\u0131k bulundu\u011funu, bu say\u0131n\u0131n 20’ye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesinin ma\u011fduriyet olu\u015fturaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi.<\/p>\n
G\u00fcne\u015f, bu durumun fiilen \u00e7ifte vatanda\u015flar\u0131n oy kullanmas\u0131n\u0131n engellenmesi anlam\u0131na geldi\u011fini savundu.<\/p>\n
Derne\u011fin d\u0131\u015f ili\u015fkilerden sorumlu \u00fcyesi, Trakya \u00dcniversitesi \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. B\u00fclent Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m da \u00e7ifte vatanda\u015flar\u0131n siyasi kat\u0131l\u0131m ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesinde \u00f6zel bir hassasiyet g\u00f6sterilmesi gerekti\u011fini belirtti.<\/p>\n
Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m, k\u0131s\u0131tlama getiren karar\u0131n Avrupa Birli\u011fi’nin demokrasi, e\u015fitlik ve hukukun \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ilkeleriyle ba\u011fda\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ederek, Avrupa \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 Mahkemesi i\u00e7tihad\u0131nda se\u00e7me hakk\u0131n\u0131n yaln\u0131zca teorik olarak tan\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131n yeterli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, fiili eri\u015filebilirli\u011fin esas oldu\u011funu kaydetti.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
