Marmara havzas\u0131nda yo\u011funla\u015fan \u00fcretim altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n, deprem riski ve tedarik zinciri k\u0131r\u0131lganl\u0131klar\u0131 nedeniyle daha dengeli bir yap\u0131ya kavu\u015fturulmas\u0131 art\u0131k stratejik bir gereklilik olarak ele al\u0131n\u0131yor. Bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecinde Konya; organize sanayi kapasitesi, geni\u015fleme potansiyeli ve lojistik ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131yla yeni \u00fcretim dengesinde kritik \u015fehirlerden biri olarak konumlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, Anadolu\u2019da yeni ve b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli end\u00fcstri alanlar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik somut ad\u0131mlar\u0131 kamuoyuyla payla\u015ft\u0131.\u00a016 Ocak 2026 tarihinde Resm\u00ee Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mlanan kararla 16 mega end\u00fcstri b\u00f6lgesinin ilan edilmesi, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin sanayi yerle\u015fim stratejisinde yeni bir d\u00f6nemin ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<p>Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakan\u0131 Mehmet Fatih Kac\u0131r da son d\u00f6nemde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmede \u00fcretimin Anadolu\u2019ya dengeli da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n stratejik \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7ekerek \u015fu ifadeleri kulland\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00fcretim g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc tek bir b\u00f6lgeye ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 b\u0131rakmadan, daha diren\u00e7li ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir sanayi altyap\u0131s\u0131 in\u015fa ediyoruz. Yeni mega end\u00fcstri b\u00f6lgeleriyle birlikte Anadolu \u015fehirlerimiz \u00fcretimin yeni merkezleri olacak. Deprem riski g\u00f6rece d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck, altyap\u0131s\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve lojistik avantaj\u0131 bulunan \u015fehirlerimiz \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n ana adresi haline gelecek.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sanayide Yeni Denge Aray\u0131\u015f\u0131: Riskten Dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011fa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sanayinin deprem riski y\u00fcksek havzalarda yo\u011funla\u015fmas\u0131; yaln\u0131zca tesis g\u00fcvenli\u011fi de\u011fil, tedarik zinciri s\u00fcreklili\u011fi ve ihracat ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da k\u0131r\u0131lganl\u0131k yarat\u0131yor. Bu nedenle \u00fcretimin daha dengeli da\u011f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, planl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcmeye elveri\u015fli ve geni\u015fleme kapasitesi bulunan \u015fehirler stratejik \u00f6ncelik kazan\u0131yor. Yeni mega end\u00fcstri b\u00f6lgeleri karar\u0131, risk odakl\u0131 \u00fcretim modelinden dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k odakl\u0131 bir modele ge\u00e7i\u015fin kurumsal \u00e7er\u00e7evesini olu\u015fturuyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Konya: Co\u011frafi Avantajdan Stratejik G\u00fcce<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Anadolu\u2019nun merkezinde konumlanan Konya; kara ve demiryolu ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131, geli\u015fmi\u015f organize sanayi altyap\u0131s\u0131 ve geni\u015f arazi rezerviyle bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn somut yans\u0131malar\u0131n\u0131n izlenebilece\u011fi \u015fehirlerden biri olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye Deprem Tehlike Haritas\u0131\u2019na g\u00f6re Marmara havzas\u0131na k\u0131yasla daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck sismik risk band\u0131nda yer almas\u0131, yat\u0131r\u0131m kararlar\u0131nda uzun vadeli g\u00fcvenlik perspektifini destekleyen unsurlar aras\u0131nda de\u011ferlendiriliyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eehir, hem i\u00e7 pazara eri\u015fim hem de liman ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131m a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan lojistik avantaj sunarken; b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli \u00fcretim ve ya\u015fam alan\u0131 projeleri i\u00e7in geni\u015fleme kapasitesi sa\u011fl\u0131yor<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sanayi Hareketinin Konut Piyasas\u0131na Etkisi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sanayi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 yaln\u0131zca \u00fcretim kapasitesini de\u011fil; istihdam kompozisyonunu ve \u015fehirlerin demografik yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 da d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Orta ve \u00fcst d\u00fczey y\u00f6netici kadrolar\u0131, teknik ekipler ve tedarik zinciri firmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u015fehirde konumlanmas\u0131, konut talebini nicelikten \u00e7ok nitelik eksenine ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te genellikle kiral\u0131k konut talebinde art\u0131\u015f, ard\u0131ndan sat\u0131l\u0131k konut pazar\u0131nda segment farkl\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131 ve planl\u0131, m\u00fchendislik altyap\u0131s\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc projelere y\u00f6nelim g\u00f6zlemleniyor.
