TOG\u00dc’den yap\u0131lan yaz\u0131l\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, Tokat Gaziosmanpa\u015fa \u00dcniversitesinde (TOG\u00dc) akademik \u00fcretkenli\u011fi art\u0131rmak, proje ve yay\u0131n performans\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma motivasyonunu y\u00fckseltmek ve kurumsal ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bi\u00e7imde geli\u015ftirmek amac\u0131yla akademik geli\u015fim ve geri bildirim toplant\u0131lar\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irildi.<\/p>\n
TOG\u00dc Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Fatih Y\u0131lmaz’\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde ba\u015flat\u0131lan toplant\u0131lar, fak\u00fclte ve meslek y\u00fcksekokullar\u0131 \u00f6zelinde planlanarak uygulamaya konuldu. Bu toplant\u0131lar arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla akademik birimler ile \u00fcniversite y\u00f6netimi aras\u0131nda do\u011frudan, etkin ve s\u00fcrekli bir ileti\u015fim mekanizmas\u0131 olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n
Akademik geli\u015fim ve geri bildirim toplant\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n ilki Rekt\u00f6r Prof. Dr. Fatih Y\u0131lmaz ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda E\u011fitim Fak\u00fcltesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Toplant\u0131ya Rekt\u00f6r Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Prof. Dr. Rasim Ko\u00e7yi\u011fit, E\u011fitim Fak\u00fcltesi Dekan\u0131 Prof. Dr. U\u011fur Ak\u0131n, Rekt\u00f6r Dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131 Do\u00e7. Dr. \u015eahin S\u00f6zen ve akademik personel kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
Toplant\u0131lar\u0131n temel ama\u00e7lar\u0131ndan biri, \u00fcniversitenin proje ve yay\u0131n kapasitesini art\u0131rmak ve akademik performans\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir yap\u0131ya kavu\u015fturmak. Bu kapsamda \u00f6\u011fretim elemanlar\u0131n\u0131n bilimsel \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 sorunlar ele al\u0131n\u0131rken, proje geli\u015ftirme, yay\u0131n te\u015fvikleri ve akademik destek mekanizmalar\u0131 \u00fczerine g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f al\u0131\u015fveri\u015finde bulunuluyor.<\/p>\n
Akademik geli\u015fim ve geri bildirim toplant\u0131lar\u0131, yaln\u0131zca akademik \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lara de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma motivasyonu ve kurumsal bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesine de odaklan\u0131yor. Toplant\u0131larda akademik personelin beklentileri, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131na ili\u015fkin de\u011ferlendirmeleri ve kurumsal i\u015fleyi\u015fe dair \u00f6nerileri dinlenerek, daha kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 ve kapsay\u0131c\u0131 bir akademik iklim olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
