Ke\u00e7i\u00f6ren Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mesut \u00d6zarslan’\u0131n CHP’den istifa etmesine ili\u015fkin de konu\u015fan Kavuncu, “Bir siyasi partiden se\u00e7ilmi\u015f belediye ba\u015fkan\u0131 ya da milletvekilinin kendisine oy veren se\u00e7menin iradesine sayg\u0131 g\u00f6stermek gibi bir mecburiyeti, zorunlulu\u011fu vard\u0131r.
