D\u00f6nem Y\u00f6netim Kurulu, orman yang\u0131nlar\u0131 konusunda \u00f6nemli uyar\u0131larda bulundu. EMO, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de elektrik \u015febekesi kaynakl\u0131 yang\u0131nlar\u0131n art\u0131k son bulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli \u00f6nlemlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 istedi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Yaz aylar\u0131nda artan orman yang\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n temelinde ihmal fakt\u00f6r\u00fc yatsa da mangal ate\u015fi ve sigara izmariti gibi ki\u015fisel nedenlerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra elektrik \u015febekelerindeki teknik kusurlar da bu kay\u0131plarda \u00f6nemli bir pay sahibidir. Elektrik iletim ve da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m hatlar\u0131; \u00f6zellikle r\u00fczg\u00e2rl\u0131 havalarda iletkenlerin birbirine temas\u0131, bak\u0131ms\u0131z trafolar\u0131n patlamas\u0131 veya ekonomik \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc tamamlam\u0131\u015f direklerin devrilmesi gibi nedenlerle orman yang\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n en kritik fakt\u00f6rlerinden biri haline gelmi\u015ftir. Altyap\u0131daki bu eskime ve yetersiz denetimler yang\u0131n riskini do\u011frudan tetiklemektedir. Nitekim 2021\u2018de Mu\u011fla ve Antalya, 2023\u2018te \u00c7anakkale, 2024\u2018te Diyarbak\u0131r, Mardin ve 2025\u2018te \u0130zmir \u00c7e\u015fme`de ya\u015fanan b\u00fcy\u00fck yang\u0131nlar\u0131n enerji nakil hatlar\u0131ndaki ar\u0131zalardan kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 resmi raporlarla belgelenmi\u015f veya yetkili makamlar taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131klanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/span><span><br \/> <\/span><span><br \/> <\/span><span>Elektrik kaynakl\u0131 yang\u0131nlar\u0131n ne denli b\u00fcy\u00fck bir tehdit olu\u015fturdu\u011funu anlamak i\u00e7in, 2024 yaz\u0131nda Diyarbak\u0131r`\u0131n \u00c7\u0131nar il\u00e7esinde ba\u015flayan ve 17 yurtta\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirmesiyle sonu\u00e7lanan b\u00fcy\u00fck felaketi hat\u0131rlamak yeterli olacakt\u0131r; bu facia teknik ihmallerin bedelinin ne kadar a\u011f\u0131r olabilece\u011fini ac\u0131 bir \u015fekilde kan\u0131tlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 tablo m\u00fcnferit bir olay de\u011fil; son y\u0131llarda Ege B\u00f6lgesi\u2018nden G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu\u2018ya kadar ci\u011ferlerimizi yakan bir\u00e7ok felaketin, benzer teknik kusurlar ve denetimsizlik zinciriyle tetiklendi\u011fi ac\u0131 bir ger\u00e7ek olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda durmaktad\u0131r. 2026 yaz\u0131na girdi\u011fimiz bu kritik g\u00fcnlerde, gerekli \u00f6nlemlerin al\u0131nmamas\u0131 durumunda ayn\u0131 risklerin kap\u0131da oldu\u011fu konusunda kamuoyunu ve yetkilileri uyar\u0131yoruz. \u00dclkemizde elektrik \u015febekesi kaynakl\u0131 orman yang\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131k bir son bulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bir an \u00f6nce somut \u00f6nlemlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131 noktas\u0131nda ilgili t\u00fcm kurum ve kurulu\u015flara acil \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131da bulunuyoruz.<\/span><span><br \/> <\/span><span><br \/> <\/span><span>Hat Bak\u0131m\u0131 \u0130hmal Edilmemeli<\/span><span><br \/> <\/span><span><br \/> <\/span><span>Elektrik da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketleri, ormanl\u0131k alanlardan ge\u00e7en enerji nakil hatlar\u0131n\u0131 yaz mevsimi \u00f6ncesinde ve periyodik aral\u0131klarla titizlikle denetlemelidir. Bu kapsamda; iletkenler \u00fczerindeki standart d\u0131\u015f\u0131 veya gev\u015fek ba\u011flant\u0131lar ile i\u015flevini yitirmi\u015f izolat\u00f6rler s\u00fcratle yenilenmeli; se\u00e7icilik ve kapasite a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan uygun olmayan y\u00fcksek gerilim (YG) sigortalar\u0131 teknik kriterlere uygun hale getirilmelidir. Ayr\u0131ca, sistemin can ve mal g\u00fcvenli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kritik \u00f6nemdeki topraklama tesisat\u0131n\u0131n i\u015flerli\u011fi ve y\u00f6netmeliklere uygunlu\u011fu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmeli, elektriksel koruma testleri yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 zor b\u00f6lgelerde hata tespiti ve giderilmesinde insans\u0131z hava ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n (\u0130HA) kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/span><span><br \/> <\/span><span><br \/> <\/span><span>G\u00fczerg\u00e2h Temizli\u011fi<\/span><span><br \/> <\/span><span><br \/> <\/span><span>Yang\u0131n riskini azaltmak i\u00e7in elektrik direklerinin zemin \u00e7evresi yan\u0131c\u0131 materyallerden ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131 ve hat boyunca temiz bir koridor olu\u015fturulmal\u0131d\u0131r. Orman Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, enerji nakil hatlar\u0131 alt\u0131ndaki ve yak\u0131n\u0131ndaki a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n periyodik budama i\u015flemlerini yak\u0131ndan takip etmeli; dallar\u0131n iletkenlere temas etme ihtimalini ortadan kald\u0131rmal\u0131d\u0131r. Sorumlu kurumlar taraf\u0131ndan, ormanl\u0131k b\u00f6lgelerdeki elektrik tesisleri i\u00e7in kapsaml\u0131 \u201cElektriksel Ark\u201d ve \u201cYang\u0131n Riski\u201d analizleri yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu analizlerden elde edilen veriler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, tesislerin tasar\u0131m ve uygulama a\u015famalar\u0131nda izoleli kablo kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve k\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131m tutucu sistemler gibi yang\u0131n \u00f6nleyici m\u00fchendislik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri hayata ge\u00e7irilmelidir.<\/span><span><br \/> <\/span><span><br \/> <\/span><span>Teknolojiye Yat\u0131r\u0131m Riski D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcr <\/span><span><br \/> <\/span><span><br \/> <\/span><span>\u00d6zelle\u015ftirme sonras\u0131 k\u00e2r odakl\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131mla ta\u015feronla\u015fan elektrik da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m hizmetlerindeki teknik yetersizlik ve denetim eksikli\u011fi; ciddi bir risk unsuru haline gelmi\u015ftir. Oysa elektrik \u015febekemizin, uzaktan izleme ve ak\u0131ll\u0131 \u015febeke yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131yla d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclerek geli\u015ftirilmesi gerekirdi. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz teknolojisiyle, yapay zek\u00e2 destekli sistemler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ba\u011flant\u0131 noktalar\u0131ndaki s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 gibi \u015febeke anormalliklerinin izlenmesi ve risklere uzaktan m\u00fcdahale edilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. \u00d6rne\u011fin; helikopter veya \u0130HA`lara entegre edilen lidar sens\u00f6rleri ile a\u011fa\u00e7 dallar\u0131n\u0131n iletkenlere olan mesafesi santimetre hassasiyetinde \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebilir ve emniyet mesafesinin alt\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen kritik noktalar \u00f6nceden tespit edilebilir. Buna ek olarak, her yaz ba\u015f\u0131nda t\u00fcm hatlar\u0131n termal haritas\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131larak \u201cgizli\u201d \u0131s\u0131nma noktalar\u0131 belirlenmeli; yang\u0131n riskinin y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu b\u00f6lgelerde ise \u00e7\u0131plak iletkenler yerine vakit kaybetmeksizin izoleli kablo sistemlerine ge\u00e7ilmelidir.<\/span><span><br \/> <\/span><span><br \/> <\/span><span>Orman yang\u0131nlar\u0131yla m\u00fccadelede temel ilke, yang\u0131n\u0131n yay\u0131lmadan kontrol alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu do\u011frultuda, pasif bekleyi\u015f yerine proaktif m\u00fcdahale stratejileri geli\u015ftirilmelidir. Yeni teknoloji olanaklar\u0131ndan yararlan\u0131larak; g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc i\u015fleme ve yapay zek\u00e2 yaz\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131yla donat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f termal kameralar ve duman alg\u0131lay\u0131c\u0131 sens\u00f6r a\u011flar\u0131 kurulmal\u0131d\u0131r. Yang\u0131n s\u00f6nd\u00fcrme ara\u00e7 ve gere\u00e7lerinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, dijital erken uyar\u0131 sistemlerine yap\u0131lacak yat\u0131r\u0131mlar, m\u00fcdahale s\u00fcresini minimuma indirecektir.<\/span><span><br \/> <\/span><span><br \/> <\/span><span>Enerji nakil hatlar\u0131n\u0131n ve ormanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n g\u00fcvenli\u011fi; \u00f6zel \u015firketlerin k\u00e2r h\u0131rs\u0131na, ta\u015feronla\u015fma zincirine ve piyasan\u0131n insaf\u0131na terk edilemeyecek kadar hayati bir meseledir. 2026 y\u0131l\u0131na gelmemize ra\u011fmen h\u00e2l\u00e2 ayn\u0131 ihmalleri konu\u015fuyor olmam\u0131z ve can g\u00fcvenli\u011fi endi\u015fesinin her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn artmas\u0131, mevcut i\u015fletme modelinin iflas etti\u011finin en somut kan\u0131t\u0131d\u0131r.<\/span><span><br \/> <\/span><span><br \/> <\/span><span>Yaz\u0131n kavurucu s\u0131caklarda yang\u0131nlara, k\u0131\u015f\u0131n ise kar ya\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131yla birlikte yayg\u0131n elektrik kesintilerine ve trajik can kay\u0131plar\u0131na yol a\u00e7an bu y\u0131prat\u0131c\u0131 sarmaldan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131n tek yolu, enerjinin yeniden temel bir \u201ckamusal hizmet\u201d olarak ele al\u0131nmas\u0131d\u0131r.
