Sekt\u00f6rde &#8220;en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oran&#8221; olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan Ziraat Bankas\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n y\u00fczde 2,49&#8217;luk faiz se\u00e7ene\u011fi sonras\u0131 rekabet daha da belirginle\u015fti. <\/p>\n<p><b>4 M\u0130LYON TL KONUT KRED\u0130S\u0130NDE 800 B\u0130N TL PE\u015e\u0130NAT GEREK\u0130YOR<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan Bankac\u0131l\u0131k D\u00fczenleme ve Denetleme Kurumu&#8217;nun (BDDK) son karar\u0131 da konut finansman\u0131nda yeni bir d\u00f6nemi ba\u015flatt\u0131. 5 milyon TL&#8217;ye kadar olan konutlarda kredi kullan\u0131m oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 80&#8217;e y\u00fckseltildi. Bu d\u00fczenlemeye g\u00f6re 4 milyon TL de\u011ferindeki bir konut i\u00e7in al\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n 800 bin TL pe\u015finat \u00f6demesi gerekiyor.
