\u00c7ANKIRI’da Toplu Konut \u0130daresi (TOK\u0130) Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan 81 ilde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen ‘Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n Konut Projesi’ kapsam\u0131nda kura \u00e7ekili\u015fi ile hak sahipleri belirlendi.<\/p>\n
T\u00fcrkiye genelinde hayata ge\u00e7irilen ‘Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n Konut Projesi’ kapsam\u0131nda \u00c7ank\u0131r\u0131’da yap\u0131lacak 1753 konutun kura \u00e7ekimi, noter huzurunda yap\u0131ld\u0131. \u00c7ank\u0131r\u0131 Valili\u011fi Konferans Salonu’nda d\u00fczenlenen t\u00f6rene; \u00c7ank\u0131r\u0131 Valisi H\u00fcseyin \u00c7ak\u0131rta\u015f, \u00c7ank\u0131r\u0131 Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130smail Hakk\u0131 Esen, AK Parti \u0130l Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Koray Erdo\u011fan ve vatanda\u015flar kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
Vali H\u00fcseyin \u00c7ak\u0131rta\u015f, \u00c7ank\u0131r\u0131’da 1753 konutluk projeye 10 bin 278 ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, “T\u00fcrkiye genelinde 500 bin sosyal konut yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 bu b\u00fcy\u00fck proje, gelece\u011fe g\u00fcvenle bakan bir T\u00fcrkiye’nin in\u015fa s\u00fcrecidir. \u00d6zellikle ‘Asr\u0131n Felaketi’nden sonra ‘asr\u0131n iyile\u015ftirme hareketi’ diyebilece\u011fimiz 455 bin konutun 3 y\u0131l gibi k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcrede teslim edildi\u011fini hepimiz m\u00fc\u015fahede ettik. Bu anlamda devletimiz bu konuda tecr\u00fcbeli ve \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck. Bu b\u00fcy\u00fck proje vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 g\u00fcvenli, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve modern ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131yla bulu\u015fturma hedefidir. \u00c7ank\u0131r\u0131 genelinde 1753 adet konut, hem\u015fehrilerimizin hizmetine sunulacak olup, bu konutlar i\u00e7in 10 bin 278 ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ba\u015fvuru say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n bu denli y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131 vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n projeye duyduklar\u0131 g\u00fcveni de a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ortaya koymaktad\u0131r” dedi.<\/p>\n
Konutlar\u0131n g\u00fcven ve huzurun sembol\u00fc olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden \u00c7ak\u0131rta\u015f, “Sosyal devlet ilkesi do\u011frultusunda milletimizin umutlar\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7e\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc k\u0131ymetli anlara biraz sonra hep birlikte \u015fahitlik edece\u011fiz. \u00c7ekilecek kuralar sadece birer konut de\u011fil, g\u00fcvenli yar\u0131nlar\u0131n, mutlu yuvalar\u0131n ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc kom\u015fuluklar\u0131n da kap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 aralayacakt\u0131r. Her bir konut yaln\u0131zca bir anahtar de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda huzurun da sembol\u00fc olacakt\u0131r. \u0130n\u015fa edilecek her yuva devletimizin \u015fehirlik vizyonunun da \u00f6nemli bir g\u00f6stergesidir. Depreme dayan\u0131kl\u0131, \u00e7evreye duyarl\u0131, alt yap\u0131s\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve sosyal donat\u0131lar\u0131yla b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir anlay\u0131\u015fla hayata ge\u00e7irilecek konutlar\u0131m\u0131z, planl\u0131 \u015fehirle\u015fmeye de ciddi katk\u0131lar sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 zamanda istihdam\u0131 da destekleyen bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ekonomimize de canl\u0131l\u0131k katmaktad\u0131r” diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
