DEVLET Su \u0130\u015fleri (DS\u0130) 10’uncu B\u00f6lge M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc sorumluluk alan\u0131ndaki illerde barajlardan yap\u0131lan kontroll\u00fc su tahliyeleri sonras\u0131 Dicle Nehri’nin su seviyesinde y\u00fckselme meydana geldi. Yetkililer, nehir yata\u011f\u0131 ve \u00e7evresinde bulunan vatanda\u015flar\u0131n dikkatli olmas\u0131 konusunda uyar\u0131da bulundu.<\/p>\n
Etkili olan yo\u011fun kar ya\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve ard\u0131ndan sa\u011fanak, barajlarda su seviyesinin y\u00fckselmesine neden oldu. Barajlardan suyun kontroll\u00fc tahliyesi sonucunda Dicle Nehri’nde su seviyesi y\u00fckseldi. DS\u0130’den yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, “DS\u0130 10’uncu B\u00f6lge M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc’n\u00fcn sorumluluk alan\u0131nda bulunan Diyarbak\u0131r, Batman, Siirt, Mardin ve \u015e\u0131rnak illeri s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisindeki, DS\u0130 taraf\u0131ndan in\u015fa edilerek i\u015fletmeye a\u00e7\u0131lan barajlar; i\u015fletme programlar\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde i\u015fletilmektedir. B\u00f6lgemizde baraj havzalar\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen ya\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131n yo\u011funlu\u011funa ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak barajlara gelen y\u00fcksek ak\u0131mlar meydana gelebilmekte, bu durumlarda zaruri hallerde kontroll\u00fc tahliye (su b\u0131rakma) i\u015flemleri yap\u0131labilmektedir. Tahliye i\u015flemleri s\u0131ras\u0131nda can ve mal kayb\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi amac\u0131yla, nehir yataklar\u0131 ve dere kenarlar\u0131 \u00e7evresindeki yerle\u015fim birimleri sakinlerinin, yap\u0131lan\/yap\u0131lacak duyurular\u0131 dikkate almas\u0131, nehir yata\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7inde veya yak\u0131n\u0131nda bulunan alanlarda (tar\u0131m arazisi, ba\u011f-bah\u00e7e, ge\u00e7ici bar\u0131nak vb.) tedbir al\u0131nmas\u0131, nehir yata\u011f\u0131nda kurulmu\u015f olan kum-\u00e7ak\u0131l ocaklar\u0131n\u0131n, ilgili i\u015fletme esas ve usullerine uygun \u015fekilde faaliyet y\u00fcr\u00fctmesi, tahliye d\u00f6nemlerinde nehir yata\u011f\u0131na girilmemesi, su seviyesindeki ani y\u00fckselmelere kar\u015f\u0131 dikkatli ve tedbirli olunmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.
