Denetimlerde; et ve et \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinde kanatl\u0131 eti ile sakatat kullan\u0131m\u0131 tespit edilirken, baharatlarda ise domates kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve g\u0131dada kullan\u0131m\u0131na izin verilmeyen boya maddelerine rastland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Bakanl\u0131k verilerine g\u00f6re, ba\u015fta restoran ve kasap \u00fcr\u00fcnleri olmak \u00fczere \u00e7ok say\u0131da i\u015fletmenin satt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin i\u00e7eriklerinin mevzuata ayk\u0131r\u0131 oldu\u011fu belirlendi.<\/p>\n

Denetimlerde; pi\u015fmi\u015f hamburger, dana k\u00f6fte, kasap k\u00f6fte, adana kebap ve dana g\u00fcve\u00e7 i\u00e7 harc\u0131 gibi \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde, t\u00fcketiciye beyan edilmeyen \u015fekilde kanatl\u0131 eti ve sakatat (ta\u015fl\u0131k) kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edildi. Uygunsuzluklar\u0131n Diyarbak\u0131r, \u0130stanbul ve K\u0131r\u0131kkale\u2019de faaliyet g\u00f6steren i\u015fletmelerde g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kaydedildi.<\/p>\n

\u0130stanbul\u2019un Sultanbeyli, Sultangazi ve \u015ei\u015fli il\u00e7elerinde yap\u0131lan kontrollerde restoran ve i\u015fletmelerin k\u0131ymal\u0131 ve k\u00f6fteli \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinde sakatat ve kanatl\u0131 eti bulundu\u011fu belirlendi. Diyarbak\u0131r Kayap\u0131nar\u2019da ise dana ve kuzu etiyle haz\u0131rland\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilen pi\u015fmi\u015f hamburgerde kanatl\u0131 eti tespit edildi.<\/p>\n

BAHARATLARDA DOMATES VE YASAKLI BOYA<\/strong><\/p>\n

Denetimlerin bir di\u011fer dikkat \u00e7ekici aya\u011f\u0131n\u0131 baharat \u00fcr\u00fcnleri olu\u015fturdu. Kahramanmara\u015f merkezli denetimlerde, pul ve toz k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 biber \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinde domates kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlendi. Baz\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde ise g\u0131dada kullan\u0131m\u0131na izin verilmeyen boya maddelerine rastland\u0131.<\/p>\n
